Josh is a 7th grader at Central Middle School. He loves science and his favorite class is in the school's modern science laboratory. After school, he goes to the computer room to research his science project on how music affects plant growth. His mom picks him up and they drive to soccer practice. Josh is a 7th grader at Central Middle School. The school has over 800 students. It is an old building, but it has modern facilities. Josh's favorite class is science because his teacher guides him in the science laboratory. Josh is interested in experiments about electricity or light. He also likes to watch plants grow. He usually goes to the library after school to read books and do homework. Sometimes he plays basketball in the gym with his friends. But today he doesn't go to the library or the gym. After school, he goes to the computer room. There are a lot of computers in the room. He doesn't play games on the computer. He searches for information about his science project. His project is about how music affects plant growth. He reads a lot of articles and writes notes for his report. Then he prints the articles and puts them in his backpack. He looks at the time on his phone. It's 4.30 p.m. He has to leave now. His mother waits for him outside the school in her car. She drives him to soccer practice. Today she is late because there is a lot of traffic. Josh waits for her in front of the school. He looks at the new sign on the school building. Central Middle School is written in big letters on the sign. Under that, it says Home of the Tigers. He thinks it's a cool sign. Finally, his mother arrives. He gets in the car and they drive away.
