Marina told me that her ex-husband, who is a welder in the military, was assaulted and forced to go back to work before he was supposed to. I think this is a war crime and I want to help him. I offered to represent him legally, but he needs to grant me authority. I believe there are contractors harassing soldiers who don't have to go to war. I will defend the rights of the people here and report this to the military. Okay, it's 0614 a.m. 14 November 2024. I'm sitting here with Steven and Marina and was drinking coffee. Marina just walked in the door and told me that her ex-husband, Diana's father, has been in the military as a welder most of his life. She just told me about him being on leave and some clowns coming to him and apparently assaulting him and breaking his rib and forcing him to go back to work before he was supposed to, which means that that's a war crime and I'm going to try to do what I'm supposed to do as a U.S. military person, if you will, to see if we can't help this guy. I think under current U.N. treaty it's a war crime. Is it not? You can't force soldiers to, in other words, you can't assault a soldier under any treaty I'm aware of. Apparently he doesn't have a lawyer and I told Marina that I would represent her ex-husband just as a form of courtesy to any soldier. So I've asked her to contact him and tell him he needs to sign a simple document granting me authority to represent him. He had copied his ID and we'll prepare the document to get it up through the chain of command so we can get an investigation going. Apparently there's idiot contractors that get paid to harass these soldiers and to scarp up people that don't have to go to war. There seems to be a lot of that going on over here based on what me and Steven have been listening to. I'm not really sure what the implications of a country that has not legitimately complied with its own laws are and forced the truce of this so-called war against its own people. And I don't really think it's my purview to worry about that at this point. But I do believe continuing to defend the rights of people that live here is extremely important. So I will, as a matter of record, going to record one more time, I'm agreeing to represent the mother of my child's ex-husband in a military capacity as an officer and advocate. If we can't figure out what the hell is going on, that would be all. I'll follow up with documents drafted to the president and send that chain of command through the rest of the military house and see what happens.
