To view the Workflow Canvas and Query Modeler in Campaign Web UI, go to Workflows under Campaign Management and create a workflow. Use the Query Modeler to define rules for filtering data. After defining the audience, calculate the number of profiles matching the query and view the results. Save the filter for future use. To see how the email designer works, create an email delivery and design the email using the Design from Scratch option. Drag and drop components onto the email editor and upload images. Save the email as a template or use the AI Assistant feature to generate personalized content. Edit the prompt template and generate subject lines and preheaders. Preview and select the desired variation, then enhance individual items in the email. To view the Workflow Canvas and the Query Modeler in Campaign Web UI, let's navigate to Workflows under Campaign Management. Next, click Create Workflow. Retain the existing template. Type a label for the workflow in the label box. Expand additional options and provide the required details and click Create. This is an empty Workflow Canvas. Click the plus sign to start building the workflow. For this demonstration, let's select Build Audience. In the Build Audience pane, let's create our own audience. To do so, ensure the Create Your Own Query option is selected and click Continue. This is the Query Modeler where you can define rules to filter data. The Query Modeler is available in every context that involves the process of filtering the database based on various criteria. Click the plus sign to define the condition in Build Audience. After defining the audience, you can click Calculate to view the number of profiles targeted matching the query. You can click View Results to view the list of profiles matching the query and view the code. Click Select or Save Filter and select Save a Filter to save the filter for future use. Now click Confirm. To see how the email designer works, let's create an email. In the Workflow Canvas, click the plus sign and click Email under Channel Activities. On the right, in the Email pane, type a label for the delivery in the label box. Select a delivery type from the options given under Types of Delivery and select a template for the delivery from the Template box and click Create Delivery. Now click Edit Content in the Content section. The email preview appears, which is blank right now. Click Edit Email Body to design an email. The Design from Scratch option enables you to design your email from scratch through the email designer's user interface and leverage images from Adobe Experience Manager Assets Essentials. The Code Your Own option enables you to code or paste raw HTML directly in the email designer. You will require HTML skills to code your HTML content. The Import HTML option enables you to import existing HTML content from a file or a zip folder to design your emails. You can also select pre-existing sample templates from the Sample Templates tab or Save Templates from the Save Templates tab. For this demonstration, let's click Design from Scratch. From the Structures section, drag 1-to-1 column onto the email editor. From the Components section, drag the Image Content component onto Drag a New Component here. Use the Browse option to upload an image. Select the background and select a color for it. Similarly, add required structures and components. You can save the email as a template. Alternatively, you can use the AI Assistant feature to generate personalized, engaging, and effective emails, SMS messages, and push notifications. For this demonstration, let's use the AI Assistant feature to generate email content. Type your marketing objective in the prompt text area or use the Prompt Library option to select a prompt template. For this demonstration, let's select a prompt template and edit the prompt as per marketing objective. Turn on the Subject Line and the Preheader toggle to generate Subject Line and Preheader for the content. Click Upload Brand Assets to upload the brand asset in PDF, JPEG, PNG, or ZIP format, if any to have any accurate brand content. You can also define the communication strategy, language, tone, and content type of the marketing content you want to generate. Now click Generate. Scroll down to view the variations. Click Preview to preview the variations. In the Preview mode, choose from one of the variations and click Select. Now you can select individual items from the email and enhance them further.
