Wallace can't seem to make up his mind on whether a former assistant inspected. He says the assistant was "on board," then says the assistant didn't inspect. Then he says he didn't know there hadn't been inspections until we notified him of problems. But this claim makes no sense at all. Even then, Wallace never inspected after supposedly learning there hadn't been any inspections.
