Many nurses are experiencing mental health declines, leading to a lack of joy in their work. This has resulted in a lack of support from co-workers, which is especially difficult in nursing where support is crucial. Due to these mental health declines found in the nursing field, many nurses have started to show a lack of joy in their daily work, therefore they're not able to support each other and a lack of support from your co-workers is very hard, especially in a field like nursing because they really need the support from each other.
