Boosting a post on Facebook may not be effective for growing your business because it mainly shows your post to people who engage a lot, but not necessarily those who are likely to buy your product or service. These individuals may not have the disposable income or interest to make a purchase. Facebook doesn't disclose this information and promotes the boosted post option everywhere. However, I can provide this insight and more on my page. The Facebook boosted post isn't growing your business. Here's why. It shows your post to high engagers, not necessarily buyers. So that's great if you want more likes and comments and shares on your stuff, but it's not great if you want more sales because it shows your post to people who statistically over time like and comment and share a higher percentage than the average person. So those people normally don't have the discretionary income to buy your thing. Normally those people don't have the interest to buy your thing. They just spam like as they're scrolling through. So Facebook isn't going to tell you that. That's why they shove the boosted post button in front of every screen that you click on with your Facebook business account. But they're not going to tell you that. Only someone like me. I'm just out here dropping knowledge bombs. If this helped you out, click onto my page, I have a lot more stuff like it there.
