The speaker talks about the loud car parked outside their window and complains about it. They then mention the importance of stretching before running to avoid lower back pain. They also mention the dangers of running in Lubbock, Texas, but admit to not personally witnessing much crime. They share a strange experience of seeing cows running on the road and one of them flipping them off. They also mention that the area is very flat, making it easy to see the finish line while running. The speaker concludes by saying they are going to start running. Alright, so I got to listen to my EDM in peace, this take, I've taken this video probably like four times by now, because apparently it's loudest car in the world parked outside my window day. I don't know if you guys can see that, you can't, but the street is right there and there's been like semis coming down this neighborhood road. Okay, enough complaining. I basically just spent the last 45 minutes stretching intensely because I want to be loosened up for this run, because if you don't stretch out your hip flexors, if you don't stretch the piriformis, which is the very, very top of the quad, you will definitely put some strain on your lower back and that's when you start to get that back, that lower back pain. The dreaded lower back pain when running and that's a nightmare. It pretty much just, pretty much just stops the run right there because if you keep going like I've done before when I first started, it hits a nerve, it irritates a nerve and then you can't keep running. You can, but your legs are starting to go numb, so it's not a good idea to keep running when that happens. So I don't know if you guys know this, but I'm in Lubbock at TTU, so running out here can be a little bit wild sometimes. Some of these neighborhoods are pretty wild. Apparently it's one of the most dangerous cities in Texas, I'm not sure about that. I haven't really seen much crime, I've heard about a lot of crime, but I haven't seen much, so my personal experience, I don't really know, but one thing I did see the other day which was rather shocking was, so I'm just driving down, I think it was Milwaukee, okay, and man, I just see this, like a whole bunch of them, like this herd, this herd of cows just running down the road. They were running in a uniform fashion, like they kind of knew what they were doing, they were acting like they were just in their car on the road. I'm not sure, I thought I was going crazy and then what really tripped me up was they started rubbernecking the road and when I tried to go around them, one of them just flipped me off and it was pretty sick, so sometimes you've got to watch out for stuff like that here. Also here, there's a place called Level Land, that's how flat it is out here, it's literally flatter than a pancake, you can basically see the finish line from the start line because there's no hills, you can just like, that's where I'm running. And so, I don't know if that makes it easier or harder, because you know you have a long way to go, you can see how far you have to go, it's not like you don't know, like, oh what did I get myself into, it's like you know exactly what you got yourself into. Alright, so I'm just going to go run, enough talking, let's run.
