Intro to C's grandma interview

Claire's grandma, a young adult in NYC, grew up in a liberal Jewish family. She discussed political issues with friends and became a lawyer fighting for civil rights. We want her perspective on Jewish voices back then. Now we are going to be talking to Claire's grandma who was a young adult in New York City at the time. She was raised in a liberal Jewish family as an only child and spent time talking with her friends about political issues. She later went on to be a lawyer who spent time fighting for civil rights. We thought she would have an interesting perspective on the regular Jewish voices of the time.
