This is an instrumental rendition of my spontaneous performance based on Louis MacNeice's "Bagpipe Music". The original poem reads as follows: A merry-go-round and a rickshaw are futile, all we desire is a limousine and a peepshow ticket. Their underwear is crafted from crêpe-de-chine, their footwear from python. Their corridors are adorned with tiger skin rugs, and their walls are mounted with bison heads. John MacDonald discovered a dead body, hid it beneath the couch, and patiently waited for it to resurrect.
