The help and support page provides access to maintenance guides and videos for equipment. The engineering screen allows manual testing of components. Manual operation 1 tests burner components, lamps, and alarms. Manual operation 2 tests components in the scrubbing system. Proper installation and testing procedures are emphasized. Once manual testing is complete, the control panel can be set to auto for regular operation. Next page on your control panel is your help and support page. From your help and support page you have access to different how-to guides on how to maintain the equipment. These are accessible by selecting the relevant option where you will be presented with a scannable QR code which will take you directly to the video relating to the topic. So you can see videos on how to change a thermocouple, how to deaerate the fuel system, how to access the burner intake, burner cleaning. So all these maintenance videos are available for you to access in order to maintain the equipment. You can also see the contact details for contacting us in case if you have any further queries or if you need to order any spare parts for your equipment. Next page is your engineering screen. Engineering screen is available only in engineering level from your access screen. From the engineering screen you can see two icons saying manual operation 1 and manual operation 2. Manual operation 1 is for manually testing all the individual components on your engineerator and manual operation 2 is for you to manually test all components on your Venturi scrubber system. When you go into the engineering screen, as default the engineering screen will be in auto. You need to change to set manual on your engineering screen and then manually test each component. On your manual screen 1 you can test the primary burner components like the primary burner air fan, primary burner ignition, secondary burner air fan, secondary burner ignition, primary excess air fan, excess air dampers. All these can be started and stopped using your start stop buttons on your manual engineering screen. You can also do a lamp test to test all indication lamps on your control panel are working okay and also you can do an alarm test by pressing the alarm test button to make sure the alarm on your control panel is functioning okay. From your manual operation 2 you can start and stop all your components in your scrubbing system. So you can test the ID fan by pressing the start stop button. You can test your ID fan speed increase and decrease by pressing the respective buttons. You can start and stop your scrubber pumps. So before starting the scrubber pump make sure you have water in your Venturi tank. Do not run the scrubber pump dry which will cause irreparable damage on the pump. Then you can test your second stage on scrubber, scrubber dosing valve, bypass dampers, vent dampers. So all these individual components can be tested. Before testing the bypass damper make sure your compressor is on and all the pneumatics are connected as it should be. So the bypass damper is the pneumatic controlled damper on your chimney section which is acting as your bypass. So when you install the machine install the bypass damper in your open position and once you press close it should close. So normally when you install the machine you have to install the bypass damper in the normally open position. Vent damper is the one near your, at the bottom of your chimney vent. So test it using, which is controlled by your Belimo. So this one also make sure you install it in the normally open position and when you press the close button from your control panel it should close the damper. So both these are fail safe Belimos, fail safe system. So if there is no power going in it should open. That's the concept. So once you are happy with testing all the components manually and you are happy with the functionality then you can set your control panel back to set auto position and then start running your auto cycles.
