The data recording page provides a graphical plot of temperatures during plant operation, which can also be saved to a USB. The operator must perform initial checks and ensure fuel and water levels are sufficient. The machine goes through a preheat cycle, followed by the burn cycle where waste is burned. The ID fan regulates the draft, and any faults will trigger a shutdown. The control panel screen displays the machine's status and faults. After operation, the machine goes through a cool-down cycle to reach a safe temperature before resting. Next is your data recording page. The data recording page provides a permanent record of your primary, secondary, and scrubber temperatures during normal operation of the plant. The values are marked as a continuous graphical plot which is automatically updated every 20 minutes. The graph is only active when the plant cycle is energized and is inhibited when the plant is at rest. In addition to the graphical data, the same temperature data may be also saved to the USB flash drive that is plugged at the rear of the HMI. This will record the data in .csv format which then can be extracted from your USB to a computer. We normally recommend to record data every monthly so you have a monthly log of your burns. That's about the control panel. Next is your operation. For the operation, the operator needs to do an initial check, basic checks on the machine. They have to make sure they have enough fuel for the day's operation. The fuel isolation valves are open both at the tank end and at the machine inlet. Check the level of water in the venturi tank. Make sure they have a continuous feed of water running to the venturi tank. If there is any isolation valve on the water line, make sure it's on. Make sure the drain on the venturi tank is in closed position. Open the drain on the chimney drain and drain it in the beginning. Check the pH level of the water. Make sure you have enough caustic soda solution in the tank for the day's operation. Once all these checks are complete, they can start using the machine. De-ash the machine from the primary chamber of the previous day's operation. Then they can start putting the new batch in and then press the preheat cycle from the control panel. Once you start the preheat cycle, provided what mode of operation is selected, either it is bypass or venturi, the machine will be sequencing its operation. As standard, the machine will be starting the operation on the venturi mode. So the machine will be closing the bypass tampers and starting the ID fan, the venturi pump, venturi water pump, and then it will be closing the vent bellum also. Once the venturi operations are started, then the next phase will be starting the secondary burner on your machine. And the machine's secondary chamber will preheat to its set point. Once preheating is complete, the machine will be commencing the burn cycle. During the burn cycle, the actual burning of the waste happens. Based on the draft inside the machine, the ID fan will be regulating the speed. Normally we set the draft value between 30 and 40. So during the operation, on the draft controller, you can see the draft value varying between 30 and 40. For any reason, if there is any major fault happening, then the machine will be shutting down the venturi and initiating the shutdown procedure by opening the bypass and the vent tampers. From the control panel screen, you will be able to see the status of each operation. So whichever function is operating will be visually indicated on the respective buttons on the screen. Also from the control panel screen, you can see which stage the machine is currently on low burn or high burn. And if there is any fault associated with the machine, it can also be monitored from this control panel screen. So after the day's operation, the machine will be either automatically initiating the cool-down cycle or if the operator for any reason needs to initiate the cool-down cycle at an earlier stage, they can press the cool-down cycle button. Once the cool-down cycle is initiated, the machine will be cooling down to a safe temperature. Based on the set point of the cool-down set point on the control panel, the machine will drop down in temperatures and then finally go into a complete rest. Based on the set point of the cool-down set point on the control panel, the machine will drop down in temperatures and then finally go into a complete rest.
