Focus on your internal sensations and be aware of what you're holding or how tense or relaxed you are. Move on to your sense of hearing and imagine the sounds around you. Control what you choose to focus on. Then, focus on your sense of vision and tactile sense. Smell your surroundings and work on your sense of balance. Spin around to improve balance. Become consciously aware of your senses and have control over your reality. Listen to this every day for 30 days to develop this awareness. Visualize yourself as an observer outside of your body to gain perspective. Understand that you have limited perception and responsibility. Increase awareness of being a human with sensory, bodily, and spiritual awareness. Create value with others by anchoring yourself in the present moment. Repeat this practice daily for 30 days and share with others who want to grow and contribute with love and presence. Now, focus on your sense of firm awareness. This means your internal sensations. Are you holding something in your hand? Are you tense or relaxed? Feel the energy in your hands. And now the energy in your feet. If you can, bend your toes downward to stretch the top of your feet. I will give you a few moments just to breathe. If you need it, stop the recording so you can focus exclusively on your bodily awareness. This applies for all the steps. If you wish to go deeper with a particular step, stop the recording and be mindful of that as long as you choose. Now we are moving on to your sense of hearing. Imagine the world only of sound. If you can, close your eyes and picture your soundscape. What can you hear? Can you hear the difference between the background and the foreground? As you practice, you will start to notice new elements in your soundscape throughout the day. Now, I want you to hold your nose and blow out until the ears pop. You realize that you have the power to consciously choose what to focus on with your sense of hearing. We move on to vision. What do you see? If you can, look up, look around, maybe look at something close to you, or maybe look at something that is far away. Pick an object to focus on, a plant, a tree, a cloud. Focus on the object of your choice, stay with it. Now your tactile sense. Feel the object you are sitting in, or grab an object without a personal history imprinted like a stone. Feel it with your hands. Feel this interaction between feeling and the object. Now we move on to smell. What can you smell right now? Now we are going to focus on your sense of balance. Try to tilt your body to the right side, then back to your center, then back to your left side. Feel your sense of balance. Get back to your center, spine straight, and chin in as you are supporting the sky. To develop this sense even further, I encourage you to spin around every day. If you have kids, do it with them. At first you will become dizzy, but as you practice, you will improve and enjoy a great sense of balance, which makes you feel rooted and become more focused. You are now becoming consciously aware of your senses, and you have the power to be in control of the pace of your reality at all times. Therefore, you do not react to others or the outside world, but you create with non-attachment from within. To develop this awareness, you will listen to this every day, at least once a day, for the next 30 days. And whenever you feel the need to be more focused and have inner peace. In order to deepen your awareness, and for you to identify with a narrow sense of self, I want you to create a distance to your bodily self. I want you to visualize a perspective outside of yourself. Remember the one who pushed aside your thoughts or emotions? This observer is now your perspective, your awareness. You are the observer. By gaining this perspective, you are becoming aware of who you also are, a spiritual being. Now, you are starting to realize how little you as a human being, being there where you are right now, have the ability to perceive from this limited perspective, and therefore how little you have the responsibility to know. This non-knowing perspective will prepare you for any change in every moment, and therefore also liberate you as you lead and live your life. You are simply being you, without expectation to know, but now with the commitment to increase awareness of what it means to be a human being that creates with sensory, bodily and spiritual awareness. You are now developing a strong desire to create value with everyone you meet. While listening to them, remember your bodily awareness, focus on your heart, or focus on your hands, feel the inner energy in your heart or hands. This will anchor you in the present moment, and you will listen deeply. Now, go out and be the wonderful conscious observer with everything and everyone you meet. Repetition is the mother of skill, so I encourage you to get into the habit of doing this every day, at least once a day for the next 30 days, and share this message with everyone you meet who wish to grow and contribute with love and presence. Thank you. You got this.
