Marine life is being harmed by human activities like sewage entry, oil spills, and plastic pollution. These are the top three oceanic pollutants that destroy marine ecosystems. If action isn't taken, all species of marine life will be endangered. We all have a role in bringing awareness to these issues and protecting our ocean friends. Hi there, my name is Sydney Blau, and I'm here to talk a little bit about the impact on marine life. Water covers about 71% of the entire world, and according to Oceanic Pollution, marine life is constantly being harmed, and every living species of marine life will likely be endangered, if not already, if action isn't taken. The harm these species are experiencing mainly comes from anthropogenic, meaning us as humans, activities such as sewage entry into the oceans, oil spills, and plastic pollution, which form the top three oceanic pollutants, destroying the marine ecosystems. Today I'm going to dive deeper into these pressing issues and bring to light many of the small factors each of us, yes, both you and I, have in the world, and how together we can bring awareness to our ocean friends.
