This is Day 14 of the course, where the focus is on sending the payment link to the client. It's important to stay calm and follow the process. The link should be prepared in advance. Once the link is sent, the client needs to click on it and fill in their payment details. After the payment is made, the salesperson should inform the client about the next steps. It's important to be prepared and professional during this stage. Practice and preparation are key to success. Day 15 will focus on further progress and opportunities in the field. Welcome back to day 14, Sending the Payment Link, and this is my favourite part because all this hard work that you've done by now to get here, this is the part where we get paid, we get validated for the hard work that we've put into this call, okay? And many times your heart rate at this stage will start to increase and this is the part where we have to manage our state and be calm because your heart will race a bit more, your blood pressure goes up a little bit, and this is typical in most people. Now, this is the part where we stay calm and we follow the process, okay? So, the client has the agreement, they've signed the agreement, you've received the copy, they've received the copy, and now it's time to prepare and send the payment link. Now, when I say prepare, this should always be prepared already, okay? So you know the options that you have, the payment options, the payment plans if you have any, all these links should be readily available for you. So, we pick up the link, say for example it's a $3,000 deal, we pick up the $3,000 link and we repeat the agreement close process. Very simple. Send the payment link to the client on the chat, okay? Client or WhatsApp if it's easier, if there's a challenge. But typically on the chat or in WhatsApp. And the client receives the link. Simply say to Mr. Customer, Miss Customer, have you received that link okay? Customer says yes. Okay, do me a favour, click that for me. Client clicks the link, opens up the payment page. Simply say to the customer, right, it's a secure payment link, simply fill in your details in there. Will it be a credit card or a visa? Will it be a Mastercard or a visa? Client simply says Mastercard or Visa, okay? So give two options here. Simply ask the client to fill in the details, secure payment page, fill in the details for me and I'll go quiet, okay? So the client has now received the link, opened the link, you've given them the option, is it Mastercard or Visa or debit card or visa? The client has now got the payment page in front of them, asked them simply to fill in the details. I'll go quiet and I'll be here if you need any help, okay? So now the client simply fills in their details, presses enter and ka-ching, you've got a deal, right? This is the best part of it, right? Now, once the client has paid, simply say what the next steps are, okay? If there's an onboarding, thank you Mr. Customer, I've received the payment, it's been confirmed, your onboarding will be on X day, these are the next steps for you and you simply tell the client easily, calmly and relaxed what the next steps are to come onboard, okay? You've now completed the sale, congratulations, okay? Now, the client may have a couple of questions, be prepared, know what the payment page looks like, so if they have any questions on any part of this stage, you've got the answers, right? It's common sensical, okay? So, well done, you've just made yourself a sale, you've made the customer a happy person because you're giving them what they want, you're giving them the answer, the solution to their problem, they should be very excited. So, simply smile, say welcome to the team, your next steps are X, Y, Z, congratulations, congratulate the client so they feel that they've got a good deal, which they have and now it's time to onboard the client, next steps are going to be this, this and this, okay? Very simple, let's go inside the slides, very simple, now let's go inside the slides and have another look at this, as you know, repetition is the mother of all mastery, so let's have a look inside. Congratulations, you've now got a sale, you've now made the client very happy, made your company happy and you've done your job professionally. By now, you've got all the steps that you need, you know all these steps now, step by step, this is the last bit, congratulations to you because you, as a salesperson, have helped this person become a better person, have helped this person become better at what they need, you've given them what they need, which is working with you, okay? Congratulations, that's the end of day 14, day 15 is congratulations, please go through the script, as you know, on the script and have a look at this, so you can see it in writing, practice this a few times before you go live on any call, practice, practice, practice so that this part is slick, there's no faffing about, oh, let me find the payment link, oh, I can't find it, you can lose the sale like that, alright, it's not, the client will be patient with you here, but you've got to be slick at this, you've got to be professional, so prepare all your links that are there for you, whatever the outcome could be, you have the link for you, you have the link there, you know what the page looks like, you can guide the customer through the page, okay? Super simple, super easy, but often times, many people don't do this, they're not prepared, and they start to panic and fluster, no, you can lose the sale there, remember, what the client wants the most from you is professionalism, and this part must be professional, so prepare it, prepare it, prepare it, congratulations, I'm super proud of you for getting this far, the next day is day 15, what next?
