Smoking is a bad habit with many negative effects. It contains harmful chemicals that can cause cancer, heart disease, and other health problems. The smoke also affects people around the smoker and contributes to air pollution. Noora Al Khateeb, a guest on the podcast, agrees that smoking is harmful to the smoker, those around them, and the environment. She suggests replacing the habit with something positive, like sports. Hello my fellow audience, today we are going to be talking about smoking and why it always has negative results to the smoker. Smoking is a bad habit due to the amount of negative sides and results that happen to the amount to the average smoker. It occurs due to the amount of harmful chemicals inside of a cigarette, vape, argila, etc. One cigarette contains 2000 plus chemicals that can harm the immune system causing cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and also smoking can affect everybody around them so they are also going to have to be breathing the same smoke coming out of the smoker's mouth or nose making it that they are also having a negative impact. Smoking can also lead to air pollution which harms the environment since you are smoking the smoke coming out of your nose or mouth which could lead to some bad air and could ruin some of our air quality. Hi I'm Noora Al Khateeb, I'm a mother of two girls and in my opinion smoking is really bad for a person who smokes and the people around him or her and the environment itself. Tell us why you think that so? In my opinion I think smoking is very bad because it has nicotine and a very bad chemical stuff that affects the smoker himself or herself and the people around them. So it has a very bad impact on the environment around us, it causes pollution. Ok then tell me what do you think people can do to avoid smoking? For each bad habit if you want to give up on each bad habit you need to put a good habit instead. So I think you have to look very well around yourself what you can do as a good habit to put it instead of the smoking. For me I think sports is one of the most important thing that helps you giving up smoking. Ok then so this is the end of this podcast, I'll see you guys I don't know when but have a good time.
