Sugar is not evil, but it's also not harmless. Our bodies need sugar for energy, but most of the sugar we consume is added to foods that don't need it. This constant consumption of sugar can affect our hunger, mood, energy levels, and results. It's important to be aware of how much sugar we are eating and make an effort to reduce our intake. So let's talk about that one thing that so many people love sugar because it's doing more than just sweetening things so don't ever think sugar is evil it's not but it's not harmless either so our bodies need to use sugar for energy but most of the sugar we eat is actually added into stuff that never needed it in the first place right so let me clear up a few things like i said it's not that sugar is evil your body actually does need to use it for energy the problem is we're not just eating a little sugar here and there we're eating it all day long without even realizing it it's added to everything from bread to salad dressings to granola bars and when you're constantly eating sugar even in so-called healthy foods it actually messes with your hunger your mood your energy levels and then your results so i talk more about how to deal with it in my craving breakup plan digital download but for now the more aware you are the easier it gets to pull back without feeling like you're missing something
