Ken Blanchard, an influential leader in the industry, wrote a book called "Simple Truths of Leadership: 52 Ways to be a Servant Leader and Build Trust". Serving others builds trust and is beneficial in the workplace. The book is recommended not only for personal growth but also as a gift for teammates. Even without a leadership title, teammates can still be influential leaders. Now, for supplemental coaching, we're going to give you one suggestion. One of the godfathers, one of the great leaders of our industry is a gentleman by the name of Ken Blanchard from the Blanchard Companies. I've met Ken, I've seen him speak, his son is one of the heir apparents to his company, they are fantastic people, they are authentic, they are real, their content is fantastic. And Ken wrote a book and his book is called Simple Truths of Leadership, 52 Ways to be a Servant Leader and Build Trust. Now, we haven't talked a lot about servant leadership, yet when you serve other people, it does build trust. It is a great thing to fuel your mind, it is a great set of actions that you can deploy in the workplace. Think about getting that book not only for your vantage point, yet you can also give it for teammates. Here's the funny thing, teammates, even though they may not have the title of leader, can be influential leaders if you structure it properly.
