The workout log page allows users to record their completed workouts and duration. They can search for workouts or choose from preset options. The goals page reflects the updated workout time in the daily and weekly goals. The user can input their daily and weekly goals, setting their daily and weekly goals to be over a certain weight, over a certain workout time, and over a certain calories consumed. The user can choose to create daily or weekly goals, or both, and can be adjusted whenever needed. This goal can be tracked because the app automatically updates their process, their progress, as they log their workouts, weight, and calories. Now we go to the workout log page. This page is used to log complete workouts for the day. The user can pick which workout they completed and how long they did it for. They can use the search bar to search for a workout or scroll through the options that are preset. Lastly, we are back to the goals page, where you can see the updated workout time reflected in their daily and weekly goals.
