Understanding the Law of Sin and Death

Today's speaker, Albert Jones is from and is discussing the struggle against sin in the flesh. Mr. Jones mentioned the importance of understanding the law of sin and death and how it is genetically connected to all human beings. He emphasizes the role of faith in Jesus Christ and the work He has done for salvation. Albert also talks about the importance of trials and tribulations in developing character and hope; highlighting the significance of Christ's death and resurrection and how it has reconciled humanity with God. Albert also explains that sin entered the world through Adam and brought death, but through Christ, there is a way to overcome this weakness. He stresses the importance of having a personal relationship with God and tapping into His grace and the power of the Holy Spirit. In whatever time zone you're in, hopefully, you've had a wonderful Sabbath or having a blessed Sabbath. And it's good to come on GoToMeeting again and to be able to bring a message. In preparing the messages for GoToMeeting, we really have an opportunity to teach ourselves as we prepare messages for you. And the Bible tells us that we need to take heed to our own words. We've been going through a series here in Fellowship in Michigan focused on understanding sin in the flesh and the struggle that we go through in the flesh in overcoming and striving to overcome and put behind us all those weaknesses. And as we recognize that when God called us, we committed to this as a journey all the way to the return of Christ or the resurrection. And so we're busy at work, if you will, putting sin out of our life through the power of God's spirit working in us, praising and giving glory to God for the imputed righteousness that comes from Christ. But we also recognize that life in the flesh is not an easy thing. And so there is a reason that the struggle is so difficult. See Full Transcript @ truthofgod.org
