The audio begins with the distinct sound of a switch turning on, followed by the low hum of the espresso machine's motor coming to life. This hum steadily grows louder, indicative of the machine gathering pressure. As the pressure builds, there's an intermittent clicking sound, like a soft percussion, adding a rhythm to the otherwise steady drone of the machine. Soon, the unmistakable sound of boiling water can be heard, bubbling and frothing as it's forced through the coffee grounds. The steam hissing out adds a layer of white noise to the audio, overlaying the machine's mechanical sounds. There's a brief pause, and the button is pressed, the sound crisp and clear above the other noises. As the machine starts dispensing the espresso, the audio changes. The hum of the motor becomes more subdued, the percussion less frequent, the hiss of steam less intense. The final sound is a satisfying one, the rich, full-bodied pour of the freshly brewed espresso into a cup
