As you know, my podcast will be about body transformation. And everybody's journey is different. There're people out there who want to put on weight. People out there who want to lose weight. First thing that you want to do is decide which one of those goals is on your mind. Are you here to put on weight or are you here to lose weight? We can help you with either or. Now you want to get the schedule down. You want to get the supplements that you need in order for muscle growth and muscle regeneration. We're going to be tearing the fibers down with every workout that we do. You want to make sure that you get your materials together. I like to look good when I work out, one thing you might want to do and think about is to set some money aside to buy some nice workout clothes. They say if you look good you feel good maybe buy two or three outfits to just give you that motivation. Keep in mind you're going to have to have a little bit of self-motivation. Now, false motivation is better than no motivation. There will be times you have to push yourself So, I want you guys to be alert. Invest in yourself, and we're just going to hope that everyone loves what they're doing. And if there are things that we can improve on, just give me some good feedback so that way I can add it to the spreadsheet and get you guys the best results that you need. Thanks a lot.
