Transcription

The transcription is a conversation between two individuals discussing the topics of sensing, scanning, constructs, and shielding. They explain their approaches to scanning and sensing energy in individuals and constructs. They also discuss the importance of understanding one's own personal language and how it resonates with them in their practice. They touch on the concept of shielding as an external layer of protection and the use of projection in creating a protective bubble. There we go, we're going to give this another try. Ed Fang, will you say hello? Hello. Alrighty, and we are now recording. And, Juniper, please feel free, if you have any questions, to go ahead and drop them in the text box for us. Today's subject, we are going to be talking about sensing, scanning, and constructs. So, very interesting subject matter for this week's podcast. We'll wait a couple more minutes. Welcome, Bark and Bite. How are you doing today? Good. They are? Anything we say can and will be used against us in a court of law, I guess. The first one was posted. I'm going to put the link. You can go there and view the one AK has posted, which is the first one. I'm pretty sure it was all Q&A, so a lot of different topics. I'm going to put the link in the chat. I'm going to put the link in the chat. I'm going to put the link in the chat. I'm going to put the link in the chat. I'm going to put the link in the chat. I'm going to put the link in the chat. I'm going to put the link in the chat. I'm going to put the link in the chat. I'm going to put the link in the chat. I'm going to put the link in the chat. We definitely probably need to do an AP series. So we can build up the information and kind of go over it over two or three episodes. All right. Welcome to Episode 3 of A&A Speaks. I'm AK Lady. Welcome to have you here. This week's episode we are going to talk about sensing, scanning, and constructs. If any of you in the audience have any questions, feel free to drop them in the chat box and we will approach them and address them as soon as they come up. And scanning. So we can answer any questions about those as we go through. I guess it would be advantageous to start first with sensing and scanning, which I'm going to say they go hand in hand, mainly because scanning is a type of sensing. I guess sensing doesn't necessarily have to be a type of scanning. I'm going to start with our members here. What exactly do you mean by scanning? So whenever I say scanning, what I am meaning is I'm looking at a person and in terms of the construct, I'm trying to figure out what exactly the construct does and what its function is. That's my primary goal. My secondary goal is going to look at the aspects in which it looks. What color is it? Those kind of things. But those are not as important as what the thing does. Excellent. Thank you for that clarification. And would we discuss that or would we explain that as your sensing as sensing energy? Excellent. So what is the first thing that you suggest or that you do in your practice at FANG when you approach sensing and the scanning aspect? So let's go with a person first. That may be easier for people to understand. Whenever I am sensing or scanning a person, generally the first thing that I look for is anything on the exterior of their energy system. And that can be any entities, anything the person may have up, any constructs that are around them, literally anything that's external to their energy system and trying to determine what those things do, why they're there, so on and so forth. Then I will delve into the actual energy system itself of the person and look at, essentially, is there anything that has been damaged? Does the energy system have any clogging or does it look like energy is not flowing specifically to an area? Look and see if I can find the root cause of that. Pretty much just a general checkup, as you may say, with that. And depending, I will take a look further into their core and see kind of how the core is doing, what it is, how the person works with their core, if possible. And that's pretty much it. As far as doing a general energy scan of someone. Is there any particular way that you personally approach this? Do you feel like you have to ground or center yourself? Do you practice some type of MIDI or quasi meditation? What do you do to prepare yourself for sensing and scanning an individual or a construct? Honestly, there's not a lot of preparation. All I do is I either focus on a link to the construct or the construct if it's in front of me and essentially kind of clear everything else out of my mind at that time and focus directly on the construct. Or in the case of a person, I would do the same thing, kind of quiet everything down and then focus solely on that person. So in a way, you could say it's a meditative state, but I don't go through, I don't spend five or ten minutes getting to that state. Gotcha. Well, thank you for sharing that. Let me ask if those in our audience, if there are any questions that they have so far, or are we comfortable? Everybody feels good? And while we wait for any questions, how about you whenever we're talking about sensing or scanning? I believe that I approach it in a very similar manner. When we're talking about scanning, I connect directly with their energy and try to observe everything around them and then come in and see if there are any difficulties in the flow of their energy, if there's anything that I need to be aware of. From my perspective, it's like a mini reading, but I'm just solely reading their energy, if that makes sense. That's how I approach scanning. The question usually is, what do I need to know? Is there something that this person needs to be aware of? Just open myself to receiving in whatever manner the information is that is pertinent to them in that situation. Sensing is... I would say that I tend to be in a fairly open state, so I'm always kind of in tune and sensing energy around me and different shifts. If it's someone that I do know, of course I'm a little more open to the subtle shifts in their energy and emotional system, as opposed to someone new, I have to focus a little more so that I kind of get clarity and understand, is there another component to it? Is it just there's an energy flow problem? Like I said, an emotional aspect for me is really important. I kind of look at it in a little bit of a different way. I hope that that helps. When you say reading, are you talking about a terror reading or are you using that terminology for a more in-depth scan? I use that term because that's how I operate as a medium. No, not tarot. I am actually connecting to and reading their energy. It would be a traditional medium psychic type reading. That's the state that I enter into, that I operate from. It's a little bit different than when I'm pulling tarot. Great question and clarification. I just wanted to get some clarification since I guess I would not say I directly connect with a person. I can, but in your case, you're doing it in more of a medium way. A more traditional type. Traditional isn't the right word. I would say more classic. It's kind of more as if I'm the reader and they're the sitter. Just a little bit of a different aspect or turn of phrase. Would you say you do the same thing whenever you're looking at a construct? It's very similar. It's a little bit different because the frequency is a little bit different for me. Therefore, how I approach it because they are generally items, it's more understanding like you said. What they're for, what they do. The difference is for me when I'm scanning like a construct, that information flows really easily when I tap into it. I have to stop so that I don't confuse myself because it does tend to come really quickly. There's a lot of sensory and visual understanding that kind of work together in a component for me to understand when I'm scanning a construct. I hope that helps. This is a great example of how we both are doing the same thing, but we're doing something pretty different. Which is totally acceptable because with working with you in the past, whenever I scan something and you scan something, we come up with the same result. There's usually different language that we use because that's what makes sense to us. For anyone else who scans perhaps in a different way, you can gather that information through different means, but in the end it will all be the same or should be the same. Correct. That's where if you're working with a partner or partnered up with someone to explore and understand, it's not in how the approach is because that's going to be for the individual. It's actually kind of the finished, the end result. Even say you're scanning something that is a pyramid shape like an energy like a directed energy source for cleansing or holding a space. What it does may look a little bit different to you and your partner, but when you get to that understanding of the main aspect of what it is, then you know that you guys have connected and understand it in the same way, even if we are using different language. If you're part of the Rune Journey, where we're going through the full Elder Futar, we're all experiencing things in a much different way sometimes, but the underlying meaning and mechanism and use for the runes are pretty much identical for everyone. Correct. I hope that helps shed some light or give some clarification for those that are here with us and those that are listening because in this space everyone may approach things and understand differently, but it's coming about understanding your own personal language and how it resonates with you. There is no right or wrong way to do a thing. It is the way that works best and makes most sense to you. I think talking more about scanning will come naturally in our future discussions and throughout the rest of this podcast, so let's kind of shift over into more of the shielding aspect that we want to discuss. I'm going to ask you, could you describe what shielding is to you and how you shield? I can do that. For me, shielding is an extra external layer of protection around me. There's a slip of the tongue there. I would say that I do use a lot of projection, so I feel my aura and energy around me and I am very empathic and very sensitive to the moods and emotions of others. When I am out in public, I really like to make sure that there's this avenue, a bubble, so to speak, even though bubble is not really what I do, of protection that kind of keeps other people's energy and emotion at bay. It depends on what my mood is. I can project my emotion or thought into that shielding around me when I'm out in public. If I'm in a hurry and I'm like, I don't want to be bothered right now. I don't want to be exposed to anybody else's energy. It's very much a step back, stay away, so people kind of leave you alone in your own little three foot space. That's kind of how I approach shielding in general. There are other layers of shielding that are defensive and protective for me because sometimes people don't necessarily agree with how you say things, what you say. Your belief system can become offensive and sometimes you can be a bit of a target for others that don't necessarily have the most positive frame of reference or they feel like they need to punish someone or get even with them. I actually have shielding wards around my home and around my space. They're very far out and extended, so if someone has an intent of something not positive or harmful, it's going to react. Most of the time it's inert, but if you come towards me, then there are different layers in which they will get distracted and not necessarily feel like this is the right thing to do. That's kind of what my shielding looks like on a general basis. What about you, Adfang? There are many facets to shielding and we're definitely not going to explore all of them. For me, whenever we talk about shielding, it can be something as simple as a layer of energy that's around your energy system or perhaps your home, you want it to be that, for one, has the purpose of protecting you against some type of foreign thing. It can be someone attacking you. It can be stray negative energy or what you perceive as negative. And then number two, it can be anything else. Anything that you can do with a construct, you can do with shielding, because all shielding is is a construct. Thank you for sharing that. Would you mind going over what constructs are, Adfang? A construct is just energy that we have had some intent and made it do something. Excellent. So we'll go back to your reference of a shield. A shield would be a form of a construct. Are there other forms of constructs? That's a good question. I've never really thought about it that way. I would say whenever I'm dealing with a construct, I'm referring specifically to energetic constructs. As far as constructs otherwise, there may be other things, but that is a good question, and I have not thought of that before. You're welcome. I guess if you would want to get into the minutia, anything that you can modify or change with intent to have some type of result that does something or continues to do something, and it's not just like a one-off, could be considered a construct. So I guess in those terms, you could consider certain types of telepathy. A type of construct, or you could make a construct with telepathy. But that's kind of going a little more into, I don't want to say esoteric, but that's a very interesting and different concept of what we would call a construct, whenever we're talking about it generally. Okay. So then let's go back to the generalities. Besides shielding, what other type of energetic construct would you say is beneficial and one that people could start to dabble with and practice on creating those? What would be the easiest for a person interested in construct creation? What would be the easiest format? The easiest, or what I would call a beginner construct, would just be something as simple as a CyBall. And that just references a ball of energy that you make and you create as a construct. Starting out with that, and then kind of branching out to maybe allowing this, having the CyBall to exist without you needing to pay full attention to it. Having the CyBall do other things, like have it move to certain locations. You can use it as an energy storage construct, so you can store more energy into the CyBall. And then you can get on to more, I don't want to say advanced, but more useful constructs, such as a shield. You can do some type of energy generator. That would be beneficial for you to have for your shielding as well, so you're not reliant on anything external, and you can keep everything kind of in a closed system, so to speak. And then anything that you can think of that you can make into a construct. Beautiful. Let me ask everyone here in our audience if they are familiar with or know how to make a CyBall. Or have they heard the term before? Do we understand what a CyBall is? We've got a response coming in from Sketch right now. So a CyBall, perhaps we're coming from a different school of thought, it could be considered an energy ball, where you take your hands and you create and form. Okay. Beautiful. So Sketch says, I've heard the term from Adfang and when I was exploring PsyEnergy when I was a kid, but I never really worked with energy this way in my present So I kind of gave my understanding of what a CyBall is. Adfang, can you explain a little further how to create a CyBall and what they may look like? Sure. So a CyBall, in olden terms, people would say we would create it using PsyEnergy, which is just a type of energy that exists. You can use Chi, Kai, really whatever energy you have available. It doesn't matter. So if someone says CyBall, they probably mean just a ball of energy. To create one, what I would suggest is pick a location in your room, on top of your desk, and then you're going to have the intent, you're going to think of the intent as forming just basically a sphere. It can look like a baseball, basketball, it can be however big or small you want it to be. And you're going to focus your intent onto putting energy there and to forming it into that spherical shape. And if you did a baseball or basketball, feel free to add that design or color in if that helps you with understanding and something that you want to do. And you're going to just keep focusing and putting energy there and forming it into a ball shape. You don't have to do a ball. You can do a cube. You can do a diodecahedron. You can do any shape that fits. You can do a sheet of paper. I mean, you can do literally anything with it or any size or any shape, whatever feels best for you. Excellent. Thank you for sharing that, Ed Fang. So I do have another question. You mentioned energy storage. What exactly do you mean and what exactly does a CyBall or a construct creation look like and how does it evolve into an energy storage system? Well, I just see either a sphere or whatever the shape is and just energy coalesced into this space with just the intention of staying together. If we're going to make an energy storage device or energy container, there's really no big difference. The only things that I would perhaps change in my intent is making sure that the exteriorness of the sphere or cube or whatever it is I'm going to continue to say sphere because that's going to be more uniform. So making sure the sphere has a tougher exterior and only allows energy to be placed inside of it and not to be removed unless you specifically want to take the energy out of there. And energy in and of itself, at least in a metaphysical sense, we're talking about non-physical energy that we're working with, it can technically be infinitely to a small amount. So you can stuff as much energy as you want into this energy container that you've made and just keep on shoving more and more in there just to have, in case you're going to work on maybe a more intense project and need more energy than you can produce at once, then that would be a good use of it. Excellent. Welcome, Ruby. Do we have any questions from anyone here with us right now about what we've just covered? It's also to note, whenever we're dealing with constructs and shielding and even, let's say, attacking someone, all of these things, more energy does not mean better. So whenever I say energy container, yes, you can contain this energy, but if you were to continue to pour energy into this for three days, and then you decide to try to use that to, let's say, move a side wheel, for instance, try to perform some type of psychokinesis, it's not necessarily going to make what you're trying to do better. The whole thing, whenever we're talking about constructs and that sort of thing and shielding, we're talking about, we're looking for more efficiency of how the energy is being used. So if we just take something, take some energy and throw it at something with no real thought into how we're doing it, it could work, but if we take a moment to kind of think how we're going to structure what we're doing, how we're going to make the most use of the energy we have, then you will see better results than just trying to sling energy at it. It's like money. If you have a problem, sure, you could sling as much money at it as you want, if you have that much, but why, whenever it just takes a little bit of thought to fix the issues that you're having or that kind of thing. Wonderful. Thank you for sharing that with us as well. What would be the next level or how would we connect the sensing, scanning and construct building in a way that would be useful for those that are looking for more Psy directed learning studies and abilities? My suggestion would be to try and find a partner that you can work with so both of you can try creating constructs that have a purpose and without telling the other what you've created, have the other person take a look at what you've made and try to determine what it's doing through scanning and sensing and the same thing vice versa. So you let them scan your construct, you scan their construct and go through this process numerous times, as many times as you want really and put this as part of your daily routine and daily practice and this will help you get a feeling for how to create constructs easier, more easily and how to scan and sense things more reliably. Does it take a lot of energy and focus to create a Psyball and the larger more in depth constructs or is it simply a frame of mind and a point of reference or is there a combination of both? So for making any type of construct let me say this, whenever we talk about how much energy what may be a lot of energy for me might be a little bit for you and what might be a lot of energy for you might be a little bit for me. It's all dependent on our specific frame of reference of how we sense and how familiar we are with energy work so I can't say you're going to use a cup and a half of energy to make a Psyball you're just going to make a Psyball how it feels for you and how it works for you. Whenever we get into more advanced constructs the same thing kind of applies as far as trying to give that intent in making them. So we're not it's not necessarily easier for me to make something than it would be for a new person it's just that I've already done it before so I kind of have that muscle memory of how it's done hopefully that answers your question. Excellent, it does. Are there anything important things that a person should be aware of when they start to approach the more Psy aspect of metaphysical or energy work, would you say? I would think there's not really a lot of stuff someone should be concerned about or worried about. There are common misconceptions where someone thinks that well if I shield then I'm going to become a target and that's not the case. Shielding is going to help you with your general energy manipulation as well as kind of make your life a little better and easier to manage especially if you're around people in a negative way or you're out in public and you don't want to be bombarded with everyone's energies but as far as things that you should be aware of, I would suggest that people who are new to manipulating energy be aware of their senses and if you feel like you might be doing too much or you feel like you're getting a headache and you think you're pushing yourself too far, don't be afraid to step back for a little bit and take a break. It is a-okay to take a break. There is something that is called getting overloaded which would be someone who either is kind of pushing themselves beyond their normal capacities which we'll all do at some point in time but you can go even further and it can cause things like migraines, just random biological things that you would not think of. So I would say use a little caution whenever you're first starting out while you're getting a sense of energy manipulation at first just like anything. Get a sense of what it's like and then slowly increase how much you do based on how you feel. Most definitely stay hydrated. Make sure that when you're doing any type of really intense or focused energy work that you listen to your own body. Make sure that you're hydrated because there is a tendency to kind of overstimulate and because you're pushing more energy out, it can throw a little bit of an imbalance in there. So always be careful when you're starting but to double back on what Brad Feng said. It's about building that muscle memory. It's like anything that we do in an energetic framework whether it's magic, whether it's healing, whether it's ritual work, whether it's building constructs. We are using our energy and that is it's got to be reciprocal. So if we're pushing it out, we have to make sure that we are balancing that within. I hope that that's not too preachy but that's really, really important because people do experience headaches. You can have muscle cramps. There are all sorts of different things that can happen as well as feeling energetically drained because we're pushing so much energy out. It's figuring out how to filter it back in and as Ed Feng said, that's a great aspect of shielding because you're kind of keeping your energy housed within this frame that's recycling it. Do we have any questions from anyone here in the audience so far? Any other questions? Touch on something that you mentioned. This is just something to find out. Something that is common that causes overloads is people manipulating too much energy at once. If you haven't done that before or if you're new to manipulating energy, you'll understand what I mean by too much energy for you. It could be you're working on either a construct or something and you're putting a lot of effort and intent into it and you get that headache that comes on and you've got to take a step back and slow things down until you're a little more prepared and I guess more experienced before you push so much. Thank you for sharing that. I think most people have been there and experienced that on some level. That would also go for any type of practice that you do. Doing tarot readings, any type of divination, remote viewing, projection. You can have some type of overload from anything that you do. Beautiful. Is there any other advice that you feel is important for those just beginning or just kind of understanding or new to this whole genre that you would suggest, recommend, and how would you go about sharing that with everyone? Suggest, and I've suggested this before, is no matter whether or not you're seeing progress or if you're having difficulty or if you're just not able to get this one thing work, never give up and continue working on it. Because even if you're not successful, you're still doing something, and that's the most important thing is to keep trying. Of course, taking the time that you need, taking a break if you need to, but don't get discouraged if something that you're making doesn't end up working. Try again, and if you need to reach out for help to someone, you can reach out to me or NK Lady or the general chat. We have different places for people to reach out to on specific topics, but keep trying. Don't give up. Because we have a tendency to think that we should automatically know how to do a thing, and like everything, it's just like learning to ride a bike or learning to write, learning to speak. These are things that we have developed, and so it has taken practice to really get us where we are today. If you feel frustrated and it's not quite working the way that you have the intention for it to do so, it might be something as simple as when we're creating art or something like that, where we're so focused on what the outcome is, we kind of lose a little bit of that intention behind it. Ad Seng has talked about intent quite a bit. It's kind of like seeing the forest through the trees. Sometimes it's a little more difficult when we're very invested. Taking a step back, giving yourself 10, 15 minutes, 20 minutes a day, whatever that's going to look like for you, and come back to it. There's no need to just scrap it. It might just be... I'll share with you guys. Ad Seng has been working with me so that I understand constructs better. As you can tell, most of you who've been with us, we approach things extremely differently. Our languages do not necessarily match up, but the understanding is the same. Sometimes it's actually working through the difference in the language by saying this, oh, you mean that. That's kind of the give and take. He's a great instructor and it's been really fun to learn. He may show me a construct that he has created and I can look at it and I get the intent right away, but I'm like, why does it have this? For me, it may have to look like this. I'm creating an energy generator construct. I was struggling a little bit. It was not quite as functional as I intended it to be. I stopped, had a quick conversation with Ad Seng. Hey, can you scan this for me real quick? Give me your feedback. Then it was like, yeah, but it's kind of like a two-stroke engine. It's kind of puttering. I was able to go back and I was like, what means? What can I use to describe what my intent is? Oh, okay, light bulb moment. I went and worked on a little bit more. Felt like I had it where I needed to be. Then I was like, hey, Ad Seng, you want to check this out? Scan it. See what you feel about this. He came back to me and he's like, oh, yeah, it's definitely working. It's moving. It's circulating. He's like, what did you do different? I was like, I had to think of a turbine. Sometimes the literal aspect may be that piece that's missing because, like I said, Ad Seng and I both approach things very differently. Ad Seng, can you share any type of analogy with the group? Well, as far as energy generators go, that's a great description of what happened. For basic energy generators that I make, that's the same thing that I do. I use a turbine-like design, essentially, if you would look at an airplane engine or a jet engine and the circulation. Something to keep in mind, which I don't know if I had mentioned this to you, is whenever we're making energy generators, we have to be careful of how much energy the generator is using and whether or not it is using more energy than it is generating. That's something to keep in mind in smaller detailed things. Everything in general, we have to be, and I've said this before, we have to be concerned about all intended and unintended side effects. Using a turbine, you're going to be creating some type of resistance, even though it spins fairly easily, so you have to be concerned about all those little things that may go on with that. I can't think of another specific example right now, unless you want me to Maybe just give an example, if you would, of how you would create, we've talked about sidewalls, we've talked about kind of basic constructs, like if you were going to create say, we've talked about shielding as well, if you were to look at something that was movable, besides a sidewall, that's kind of a little bit of an automaton, very small, we're talking teeny tiny, what would be the kind of thought or intent that you would feed into it as you were creating it? Maybe give an example. So with that, are you saying a construct that moves on its own, with a specific purpose in mind, or describe a little more? Yeah, that would be fine. I mean, I'm just kind of looking for something that would make sense to others new, or just kind of dabbling with the idea of a little more sign manipulation and construct creation. Well, let's take an energy container, for instance. This would be a good example. We can change the energy container to perhaps also be a generator, or it could be two different pieces. So we can make one energy generator that feeds the energy container, and whenever it's quote-unquote full, we can have the energy generator, it stores some specific location that you want it to go to, and then another energy container could be formed by the generator, and it would feed it until it is quote-unquote full, or however full you want it to be, and continue to go to that location back and forth. That would be something fairly simple. It sounds a little more complicated, but the design aspect is literally just telling it when it needs to go to the specified location, and having the energy generator have the capacity to create a construct. Right. So what is the intent that you put into the energy container as you're creating it? You could go about it a number of different ways. The most straightforward would mostly be the generator is going to create this container. The container is going to, and this is from the generator's perspective, so the generator is making this container that whenever it reaches a certain amount of energy threshold, the container is then going to move to the other location, or whatever location you want. The intent is that the generator creates the container that will move to the specified location whenever that amount of energy has been created. How do you program it to create the energy? You use some type of turbine, some type of engine that you can think of that would normally generate energy, like we take fuel that generates electricity to make cars. But whenever we get into energy work and non-physical energy, things don't transfer one-to-one whenever we're talking with physics, so to speak, because we know that in physics nothing can be created nor destroyed. But in the case of this non-physical energy, we can create mechanisms in quote-unquote machines or constructs that can generate energy based on how efficient they are and how much efficiency they have. So using your example of a turbine generator, you could house in a construct this turbine concept and have the turbine generating and then putting the energy that it's generating into storage. We just have to make sure that how we make the turbine or how we make whatever the generator is, it is going to take energy to run, so you have to have energy to start once it starts going. The rest or the leftover energy from it running is going to be put into the storage. Beautiful. So would you say that the process of creating this, the intent, the manipulation of the energy, is it a bit like programming? And would you consider an independent construct like an AI? Or how would you exactly put that into a different terminology? There are people who use computer code to make constructs and to make things happen. So that is a possibility. You can also think of it like a very logical like it is going to do this thing by doing these things and have that as your intent. If that works for you, then that's great. That's honestly how I work with a lot of things. If I have an idea of what I want to do, so I have the construct or constructs do specific things to achieve the goal that I want. So yeah, you can definitely use quote unquote programming to have your intent done. Very well said. Thank you for that. Because the way I generally approach it is like I consider a lot of my ritual working. So it's very much almost like a recipe for me. Because that's what makes sense to me. Yeah, I guess a good example of where energy work cross with programming is a friend, this is long ago, created a program, like a literal computer program, that when ran, you could select a variety of constructs and it was tied into a sigil that I created that whenever you pressed on, let's say you wanted a red cyball, it would send a query essentially to the sigil to say, hey, create this construct. And then it would create the construct for you. It was kind of limited. It had like five colors and five shapes and like five options. So that would be a good example of showing how you can link computer programming to an actual nonphysical construct or idea like a sigil. Excellent. Thank you for sharing that. I'm going to ask again, does anyone in our audience have any questions they would like to ask? Or something they would like us to maybe go back and share a little more in depth with? Something that we can do as a group is something that's called pass the construct, and this is a very old game that we used to play where one person would create a construct and they would send it to the next person who was in line. That person would make a change to it, or they could even make a new construct and everybody would scan it and then you would pass it along and continue to do this for however many rounds you feel up to doing it. So it helps you with creating constructs. It helps you with scanning. And it's kind of fun whenever you have a big group of people working on it. That's a great idea. If anyone is interested, please let us know and we can create an event. That way we have a scheduled group that we can do this together and not on the fly. That way everybody is kind of prepared. I think that would be really fun and exciting. Adfang, is there anything else that you feel like would be appropriate to cover in this discussion for this week? I think that we've touched on many different topics. Sensing and scanning, I think, gets forgotten eventually whenever people move on to other things. And I think it's important that we have a consistent, maybe making sure our senses are still honed and we can still sense and scan things accurately. Because if you could do it a few times and get fairly accurate and then forget about it because you moved on to another project, I think it's important to keep some of these fundamental things as we discussed in our previous podcast about fundamentals. It's important to keep on these fundamentals and don't let them kind of fade away. I agree with you 100%. Because we have a tendency to kind of sit back and what can happen is that you can forget by not allowing yourself to continue the practice. Scanning is really important. How we sense is really important. And even though you get really comfortable in a certain way of doing things, that doesn't mean that you still can't grow and develop. Just like we're always changing, growing, evolving on this journey, we also can shift how we perceive, experience, sense, and scan. That may be a little bit different than how we started. So continued practice allows you to become aware of those subtle differences that shift as you're shifting. Because you may not even be aware of how your practice is changing. And so it's very beneficial. So thank you for sharing that. No problem. I'm eager to work with other people and see how they progress and grow. Because by talking with others and seeing what they're doing, it also helps me look at things at a different perspective. Right. That's beautiful because it's like we're learning as we're teaching, as we're experiencing. Again, it's that reciprocity that we have when we're touching on any aspect of energy work. It's very much very beneficial and very reciprocal process. So yeah, I agree with you 100%. Do we have any other questions? I know we have to be very careful when we're on the stage. We learned last week that if we go like an hour and 15 minutes, we get booted off the stage. So if anybody would like to raise their hand or they would like to speak, sketch, bark and bite, Grace, Ruby, I know you like to stay in the chat box. Feel free. We do like the interaction. We don't bite, usually. Yeah, usually. Nice, Ruby. Nice. So let's go ahead and end the podcast now. And then for everyone who wants to stick around, we can stick around and just have a general discussion. So thank you for everyone who has listened. And we hope to see you next time on ANA Speaks. Yes, thank you so much for being here with us. Have a great afternoon. Thank you.
