Dr. Faye welcomes listeners to Faith Alive in 5 and wishes them a blessed Christmas. She emphasizes that Christmas is about Jesus, not material things. She encourages people to remember those who are alone or in need and to show love and appreciation. Dr. Faye also mentions her previous teachings on overcoming fear and making New Year's resolutions. She urges listeners to trust that God is working through them and to focus on their inner strength. She shares scriptures about healing and encourages listeners to hold onto positive affirmations. Dr. Faye concludes by reminding listeners that the gospel can never be undone or unspoken. She encourages them to contact her and reminds them that the choice to follow their calling is theirs. Welcome to Faith Alive in 5, the 5-minute gospel. Now here's your host, Dr. Faye. Well here we are on Christmas Day 2022. Yeah, I want to take time to say God bless each and every one of you who celebrate during this time in remembering what God did through His Son Jesus because it's not about any of the stuff that the market has made it about. Every day is about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I appreciate the time that people take to give and to receive, to give to each other, to love on somebody, just to let them know you appreciate them for all they do. And don't forget children and those who live alone. Don't forget the single moms in your neighborhood. Don't forget those fathers who are living alone, those mothers who are living alone. Don't forget all of our residents that are in the residential facility, the nursing home, the caretaking care centers around our city and around the world. Don't forget these people. Please show up and show up in a big way today. As we celebrate this, I want to remind you of something dearly. As I have taught over the last three teachings about recovering, removing fear, overcoming fear, and facing fear, I want you to remember those scriptures, remember those texts, and begin to focus in right now as we embark upon a brand new year coming up where people will be making New Year's resolutions. And I wanted to say something else, but most of the time people do not honor their own word. They make promises that they don't keep to themselves. So when you do that, there's a fear that comes along with that to make you, you're constantly in the mode of thinking about what you would have, could have, should have done. You're constantly thinking about, well, if I only had done this, if I only had. Just come to this point today. Resolve in your mind, in your heart today, that God is being God through you. And that's the number one focus for this next year, that God is being God through you today and forevermore. As you begin to turn your attention inward, you will begin to find out that the things that you were afraid of have no power, no dominion, no authority over you, because the greater One who lives on the inside of you is letting you know, I've already overcome. So you are an overcomer. Romans 8 called us more than conquerors through Him who loves us. In Jeremiah 30 and 17, He says, I'm going to restore your health and heal your wounds. Hold that scripture in memory, that when you're bombarded with negativity, negative thoughts, negative vibrations and energies around you and around the planet and around your family, even today, just say, God is restoring my health and healing my wounds. Amos 3 and 3 says, how can two walk together except they do be in agreement? So you want to agree with God and His Word, don't you? You want God to favor your life. And He does, as you remember that it is God who is being God through you. Another scripture I want you to meditate upon over the next few days. If you hold it into memory, nobody can ever take that away from you. You know, if the United States turned more crooked, I said more crooked, did I say that? If the United States did something weird and we couldn't pray publicly anymore, we couldn't read our Bibles publicly anymore. If you'll commit this to memory, they can't wash it out of your brain. Isaiah 53, 4 and 5 says, surely He took up our pain and bore our suffering. Yet we considered Him punished by God, stricken by Him and afflicted. But He was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought us peace was on Him. And by His wounds, we are healed. And since the punishment that brought us peace was on Him, and by His stripes, we are healed. Ladies and gentlemen, this gospel, this word can never be undone. And today, it cannot be unspoken. I'm Dr. Faye, and I'll see you next time. God bless you all day long. Thank you for tuning in to today's broadcast. Dr. Faye would love hearing from you.
