Nothing to say, yet
The speaker shares their experience with a talisman exercise as part of their chakra dance rituals program. They were instructed to find something shiny or sparkly in nature and meditate on its messages. The speaker found a rock in a parking lot and felt compelled to pick it up. They describe the rock's appearance and how it fit into their sacred space. During their meditation, they received messages of strength, compassion, and self-worth. The speaker reflects on the symbolism of the rock and how it reminded them of the qualities of an elephant. They emphasize the importance of embracing both light and dark experiences to grow with grace and compassion. The speaker also discovers a subtle image of a little girl in their rock, which they interpret as a sign of divine guidance and worthiness. They highlight the power of this exercise and encourage others to try it. The speaker briefly mentions their gardening activities and invites listeners to learn more about chakra dance and their up Hello, my beautiful friends. So welcome. I'm doing part two of my diary of the base chakra in my chakra dance rituals program that I am going through and I'm sharing my experience. And so in the next part, we had a breathing exercise that we did. But the profound part that I liked was the talisman experience. This is the first time I've ever done this. It was a fun exercise, we were meant to go for a walk into nature. And just notice anything shiny or sparkly or something that stands out that this just calling us to pick up. And then we were going to do a meditation with it to see what messages it had for us. So all week long, I was like, I need to go for a walk, I need to go for a walk. But I was at work, and I'm a massage therapist. And I was going in and out of my office and going to a parking lot. And this rock, actually, I kept seeing it in the corner of my eye. And I was like, I'm not on a walk right now. So I was making like, you know, expectations that I had to be on a specific walk in order to find something. But it was Thursday, which is my Friday. And I was like, well, and I saw it again in the corner of my eye as I was walking to my car with my laundry and stuff. And I was like, I paused when I got to my car. I'm like, am I meant to pick that up? And I just kind of listened. And I got yes. So I put my stuff in the car, and I walked back to the parking lot, and I picked up the rock. So I got in my car, and I'm like, well, I'm just going to hold this while I'm driving and just connect with it a little bit. And so I could feel that it was smooth. I saw that it was kind of a creamy color. And when I got home, I kind of looked at a little bit more, and there's some sparkles to it and some like dark spots. And I'm like, okay, well, I'm going to sit with this tomorrow. And so I put it in my sacred space. And I went to my mandala, and it actually fit right on the elephant's ear in my mandala. So I was like, well, I guess you are my perfect little object for this week. So I left it there. And so when I went and sat down with it, there's a meditation that I was listening to. And it was pretty much just asking, like, what message do you have for me? And so this is what came up for me. Though you have felt tossed aside, you are whole and seen by those who need you. You are on a unique journey designed and tailored just for you. You may feel heartache, heartbreak, but you are strong, soft around the edges and full of sparkle and light. God made you in his image for a reason. You are wise and capable and worthy of all the things in your life. Stay strong, be compassionate and listen as Jesus does. As I was looking at it, because it fit into my mandala, it reminded me that elephants are trustworthy, strong, playful, wise, capable, protective, and loving. And as I continue to write, all of us have shadow and dark places and times. And then there's more and there was more light as well. So there's dark and light. Use the light to learn and grow from the dark and the shadow so you can move forward with more grace and compassion. You are not broken. Pieces may have been cracked under pressure, heartache, loss, pain, but you are whole. You are uniquely you, full of love, sparkle, genuineness, and your soul is ancient. And this stone was smooth around the edges. And it did have like a little crack down the side. It had like a little part that was broken out of it. And it was cream colored with sparkly clear spots and dark black spots in it. So this is all the goodness that I got from it. It was so powerful. And then I looked at it a little bit closer and I do bullet journaling and I use little, I draw like my own little emojis kind of thing. And I do this little girl, sometimes she's a dancing one or she's a meditation one in my bullet journaling. And she was in the indentation in that rock, very subtle, but I saw it and I go, nobody else would know this but me. And I'm like, look at that. Holy cow, that's crazy. So when I saw that it was like you're divinely being led and you are worthy. You're exactly who you are meant to be and where you're and where you're meant to be. So enjoy the ride. So this was just an incredible experience of just walking past something that kept catching my eye. I picked it up and I sat with it and I just let it like be with me and tell me what it needed to say. So I had to share that because it was a really powerful new exercise that I've never done before. And then through that whole week, we just kept gardening and just being in dirt, dirt therapy, I was calling it grounding and planting seeds and plants in the garden as well as in my own business. Just getting heightened awareness and my senses like while we were outside and it was just a really cool journey. But I really loved this exercise and I really had to share it because who thinks that they're going to find a rock in a parking lot that would give them so much insight and like profound like goodness. And I was all I was doing was automatic writing, just letting it flow out of my hands and it was so good. So I highly recommend this exercise for everyone. But stay tuned because every week there's going to be one of these exercises. So thank you for listening to my part two. I'm excited to share more. Next, we'll be talking more about the sacral chakra. And again, if you want more information about how to do chakra dance with me, please reach out because I do retreats. I have one coming up in August. But then I have more goodness coming up with in person, as well as online group programs, private programs, all the goodness. So thank you for listening. Thank you for being part of this journey and seeing me as I go through it. And I hope you have an amazing day and I'm sending you many, many blessings.
