The speaker has been teaching a class for many years that focuses on personal growth and self-discovery. The class helps individuals understand their own energy, goals, and blind spots. It goes deeper than regular meditation practices by including the body and addressing the chakra system. The goal is to raise awareness, clear out obstacles, and trust one's own answers. The speaker emphasizes the importance of staying connected to the body and not judging oneself. They also discuss how goals can sometimes be influenced by others and the importance of recognizing one's true goals. The class helps uncover what is within oneself without blaming others. I have been teaching this class since, I want to say, the first time I ever taught it was in 2004, potentially, or even earlier than that. I started my training in 2002 with the Cleveland Center in Hawaii, and this is the very first class that you go through, and it's really about learning who you are, get to know your very own energy, get to know who you are, what your goals are, what you really want to bring out into the world, moving everything else out, everybody else out, every other energy that is not you, moving that out just because sometimes we have blind spots, we're not aware of what other people's energy in our system even feels like, what it is even, what it's sometimes even our goals, what they look like, maybe we think we have that, it's totally, we identify with something that we think is ours, and it turns out in the end that it's really not. So that is one of the biggest things in GEMS, actually really deep in ways where you uncover layer after layer. So some of the tools you know already, like grounding and the golden sun, but in this class it really goes much deeper than what we do in a Monday morning meditation or what we did when we worked together, because it's really about uncovering the blind spots, the dark points, and where things, where energy is not running smoothly. So I've been doing this work for, oh my god, 22 years, and this is a really, really long time, and it's been a very sobering process, right, because you get more and more layer after layer, you never stop learning, you never stop uncovering another layer, it's really like peeling the onion. And when I started that, I was not, I thought, oh, at some point you'll reach it and then you'll be golden and this will be, you know, a surefire way of not having to, not running into the same energies again. Well, the point is that I still run into those energies, but I'm much more quicker aware of what's happening and then be able to address it and move it out and not get stuck anymore. So the point is really of not getting stuck in the situations that come up. So with that being said, it's really the goal is to raise the energy, the awareness of who you are, to clear out all the gunk that gets in our own way, all the different lenses we look through that might be, when you come back to like an energy leadership assessment, when we did that, it looked like certain lenses. So really making sure you look through your very own lens and not being stuck in something that doesn't really, that isn't you. A big, what I really want to address is, because so many people ask me what, what, how is this, or how is working with clairvoyance, looking at it from a clairvoyant perspective, how is this different to a regular meditation, a regular or other meditation practices? Other meditation practices, a lot of the time don't really include your body. A lot of times people tend to, or try to stay in the body by focusing on the breath. And that works all fine and well when you have someone who guides you, but as soon as you, and I know both of you have mentioned that to me, like as soon as you try to do it in the beginning on your own, you can focus at it for a few minutes and then you space out, you go into your space, you go into different places, you think of other things and you get all sidetracked because we don't really have the tools to include our body in that whole connection with it. So with that type of meditation that you're about to embark on, it really includes the body in with all the tools. We actually learn something where you learn how to run the energy through your body. You address how your chakra system is involved in the whole thing. You learn how to locate the center of your head and really make sure you get to that point of neutrality from which you can look at other people, look at your own stuff. It's like the movie theater we speak a lot about, right? You can come back to something where you're not in it, but your body is still being grounded. You're still using energy to stay connected with your body because if you, like in many other meditation practices, we leave our bodies, we go out there, we connect with something outside of ourselves. And when we lose the connection to our own bodies, it becomes a spaced out, not very safe space, really. That's what it comes down to. It's not a really safe space to have your body and your nervous system in because there is so much going on out there and if you're not grounded and if you're not knowing who you are and being stable in all that, it can become very overwhelming by being with other beings, connecting to whatever is out there, right? Does that make sense? So that is one of the main differences for that type and that's why I really like it. That's why it really helped me in the beginning to connect to it more and not space out. When we would sit down and we would use our certain tools, I was able to come back over and over again and over the course of a longer period of time, really learning to recognize what happened in my space when I left. And it's just me when I started thinking about my to-do list, what happened, what came up within myself. So that really addresses the whole nervous system along with meditation practices. Another really big thing is that I will never ever be your guru, right? Or tell you what you need to see or what you need to feel or that your grounding is always going to be green or it's always going to be just a waterfall or whatever. It's really about you finding your own answers, right? This is something I'm very passionate about it because so many people are out there that tell you how some things work and how you should look at things. And if it's not resonating with you, if it's not what you notice within yourself, it's just not going to be true to yourself. It's not going to resonate with you. It stops the flow of energy within you. So learning to trust your own answers, to trust what you notice within yourself, it's really at the core of things. So again, really making sure, and I touched base on that earlier, that when you not stay in connection with your body and you break the flow of it, it becomes a real difficulty for the nervous system to stick with it. So that's just a couple more. Oh, and that's really important too, because when we nod, when we, many, many times when we leave our bodies, it's because we're in a lot of pain, because a lot of other energies are running through our bodies. And sometimes it becomes a real challenge to stay within things, especially when we start to look a little bit deeper. So when we're going further into the class, uncovering some more layers, don't be surprised if you feel like, oh my God, I just basically slept through that meditation. I didn't even really hear what she said, because you, sometimes energies within your space get triggered and you just space out. And so this is about learning to come back and notice that. Don't judge yourself, really. It's a lot about amusement and staying humorous about it, because it's harder work to become aware and come back to it. It's not hard, hard work, right? We all can do it, but it's sometimes triggering places where it's important to just not judge yourself for where you're at, right? So with that being said, I would like to hear from you a little bit about if you have any specific goals for this lifetime. I know you touched base on that earlier when you introduced yourself, but I'm curious if there's anything that you can say, and even looking at it, like, is this really something that is important to me, or is this something that was even given to me by someone else? Like, I can, I remember when I was younger and I was so set on wanting to be a travel agent, and this was really something that I wanted to be. There was no changing that, and I wanted it, and my dad was like, I don't think that's, like, a really solid, good education for you, my dear. You should learn something in an office, a really good, solid office job, and I'm like, I don't want to be with people. I really like people. I like sending people on vacation. They're always happy, and this organizing, and blah, blah, blah. So I was really adamant about it, and he was just like, no, I think we need to do, so eventually I ended up in an office, right, for a very long time, until I broke the pattern and stepped out of it, and then worked at the airport for a couple years before I got here. So I had my fair share of working with people, and sending them literally in airplanes and going away. So when I ask you that question, what kind of goals do you have? I'm curious to hear if you can recognize if there is something that you thought was your goal, and it's not. It turned out not to be your goal, or can you very clearly say to me, this is my goal. This is where I want to go. Awesome, and that's a big knowing already, right? Because this is really the anchor point where things can start. So do you recognize that when you started out, if it was really in, like, in the first college round, so to speak, was that something that came, that you could clearly identify as something that was interesting to you, or you thought it was, or do you recognize it comes from somewhere else, or? Yeah. Great. Okay. Thank you. I appreciate that. Don't even say that. I feel like I've heard that before. Mm-hmm. And I really appreciate that, because this is the perfect place to be, right? It really is, because it's all about uncovering what is in you, and it's not a blaming. Like, this is really important, because it's not so many times we come to places where we say, oh, this is our parents' fault, or this is because A, B, C, and D happened to me. This is not what this is all about, right? We can see the connections that have maybe had an impact, most likely had an impact on us, right, how things have panned out, but it's just the recognizing. It's almost like if you do a RAIN meditation, you recognize it, you allow it to be there, and then you start investigating. So it's the same concept when you uncover a layer where you notice, oh, maybe this wasn't even, this isn't even me. This, I always thought this would resonate with me. I thought this was me so many times throughout the last, I want to say last seven, eight years, have I thought this is me, only to come to a point where I'm like, no, it's not me. This is just not resonating with me on a very, very deep level. So we take on a lot of energies, a lot of other people's ideas about us, about how we should be, what we should do, where we should go, and it's not about blaming. It's just the recognizing, okay, mine is different, and then go from there. Because sometimes it's really easy to recognize, easier to recognize, oh, it's not me, this is what I want. Then putting it to work is a different story, because there comes another layer of fear, anxiety, I can't do it, like that needs to be, like I can't step on the feet of my family, whatever, whatever, right? So there's a lot of that. So this is really about getting to uncover your dreams, your goals, what makes you really giddy, passionate, what do you want to do? Notice the other stuff, ground it out, work the energy, use your tools, and then in the end, walk away with it in a more grounded way, where you have an idea, actually, not just an idea, where you have the tools to be able to come back, time and time again, until you're able to say, this is what I do. This is who I am. And it empowers you to such a deep level, because it's not, this course is only like, what, 12 weeks, right? After these 12 weeks, you'll be equipped to say, I don't need Daniela, she taught me a bunch of things, but I do know who I am. And I can, and even if I don't know who I am, I'll have the tools to get to that place where I will know every day a little bit more about myself. So it's a deeply empowering practice. And when I give you homework, I expect you to do it. Because it's important to sit down every day for like 10, 15, 20 minutes, it gets longer, the more, the longer the class goes on, the longer I ask you to sit down and meditate just because and use your tools, right? Because that is really where it's at, where you make the most gain of it. Okay, shall we get into it? I think let's do it. Because enough talk, already been a half hour. So today, we're going to talk a little bit more in depth about grounding, because that is really it, to give our bodies a really good way of releasing energy, make it really visual. So this is also, it used to be called clairvoyant meditation 101 and 102. So what this means, as even the word clairvoyant just means you use a lot of images, right? You work with images, some people work with clairsentience, which is feeling, other people would work with their audience, which would be hearing. But this happens to be a clairvoyant, where you use your ability to see images. And I always say, everybody can see images, everybody can work around that. And in every class, I had people who said, I don't usually see images. I don't see colors. Like when I say, we had way back when we taught the clairvoyant program, actually, you sit in line, and you learn how to read other people, right? And when before you get to that point, you need to work, you need to strengthen your clairvoyant muscles, so you can actually look at someone else and not be swept away by when they show up as an emotional mess, for instance, right? So with that is, I had so many people say to me, I don't see anything. I don't see a color. I don't see anything. And that is really just your own inner fear of what would happen if you were to see exactly what's happening. Everybody has the ability to see. We just lose it along the way. We're so conditioned that it's not a thing. It's not a thing. Let's leave it at that for now. It could go off on the tangent. I'm not. So when you allow yourself to work with images, just play it as a little kid who is curious. Take what comes first. Don't judge if you see weird stuff. Okay, whatever. It's weird stuff. Let it go, right? But have some fun with it. I think that's one of the most important things in the next 12 weeks. Don't take yourself too seriously. Because if you do, it actually gets heavy. It slows down. It gets stuck. You'll be in a very uncomfortable place. So not taking yourself too seriously is really helpful being amused and just being able to laugh at yourself and not take it personally. I think it's one of the most important, a couple, few of the most important things. So grounding. Grounding allows our body to have a very good visual, our nervous system to have a visual of being connected to the earth, of having almost an anchor. It's like our bodies, by gravity, are stuck to earth, right? But the energies in our system don't have necessarily, if you're not grounded well, they don't really have a place to go. So being able to give your body a picture, a visual, an image of a grounding allows the nervous system to really chill out and let it go, let things go, work with it a little bit better. So we are going to attach that, and don't get in your head about trying to figure it out. We'll do it in the meditation in a moment, momentarily anyways, and you've been there. So it's your spine, right, down to the very end of your spine. This is where your first chakra is. Stephanie, are you familiar with chakra systems? Okay, so you have seven of them, right? It's your root chakra, it's your second chakra, where all the emotions sit, your third chakra, where your personal power sits, your heart chakra, where obviously your heart stays. Your fifth chakra is your throat, where you speak or not. Some people have a lot of restrictions around there. Your sixth chakra, from which you see clairvoyantly, also your mind's eye, the center of your head, whatever you want to call it, and then your crown chakra, which is your connection, certainty, your knowledge, your wisdom, and your connection to great spirit and your higher self. Quickly, that was very quick and short. So what we do is, when we connect our grounding, we connect it to your first chakra. We really tuck it, it's almost like when you sit in your chair, you sit on that grounding cord. In Hawaii, we had always said, well, it's almost like you sit on the toilet, right? You sit on your grounding cord, and it goes right attached from the very end of your spine, right around your hips, and all the way down to the center of the earth. That way, when you tuck it in really tightly, it allows your body to feel like, okay, we're connected to the earth. We can release energies that way. Then all the way down to the center of the earth. Okay, let's do it. Because otherwise, you get in your head, and you try to figure it out, and then that's not the way I want to do this. So you can go ahead and take a nice deep breath, and then you can close your eyes. We're going to do a meditation on that. Okay, so just allow yourself to take a lot of talking, so you can take a few nice deep breaths. And notice how you start, as soon as you start to take a breath in, how your body and your nervous system really start to calm down, you settle in to your familiar space. And notice if your breathing is shallow, or if it's a little deeper. And if it's really shallow, go ahead and just make the next breath a little deeper than the one before. And I'm going to ask you to have both of your feet actually flat on the floor, not crossed over or hunched back. And then you can just wrap your feet on the floor for a moment to connect with the earth and to get even more into present time. And when you're starting to come more into present time and into your body, notice where in your body you have tension, or there might be pressure. And just become aware. And then go through your body and just say hello to all your different body parts. You can say hello to your feet, wiggle your toes a little bit. You can say hello to your knees, your hips, your lower back, upper back, your chest, your lungs, your shoulders, arms, hands, to your head. And then just a really nice hello to your whole self. And while you're doing that, allow that energy of compassion and validation and respect and acceptance for who you are in this current moment. Let that just run through your whole system. Shower yourself in that for a moment and don't forget to breathe. And then allow yourself to find the center of your head or your mind's eye. It's this place right behind your eyes, right behind your forehead. It's as if you were to draw a line from that place between where the third eye sits from between your eyes on your forehead, straight line to the middle of the back of your head. It goes from the top of one ear to the top of the other ear. And where all of these lines meet in the middle of your head, that's right where the center of your head is, where your mind's eye sits. And we will visit that place many more times. Allow yourself to find that and just notice what's happening. Even notice if you have any thoughts or judgments around it or certain ideas or anything that comes up to distract you from just noticing. And from that place of your third eye, right out in front of you, create a mental image picture of a grounding cord. And take that time to let a picture appear of what your grounding cord for today would be like. It can be a waterfall. It can be a tree trunk. It can be the roots of a tree. It can be a rope. The other day, we decided that a bunch of unicorns would make a perfect grounding cord. Allow yourself to notice that picture and make it really strong. Like have this not like a small young birch tree being slapped around in a storm. Would be telling too, but if you want to take a really nice mighty oak tree that is strong and sturdy for the Niagara Falls or a beautiful double rainbow. The more detail you put into it, the more it becomes real for your body. And then you can go ahead and take that grounding cord with your imaginary hands and attach it to your very first chakra. And it can be a very, you can have magnets on the top of it and just snap into place right around your first chakra. And just snap into place right around your first chakra. It can magically just melt into the energetic field of yours. Notice what happens when you give your body a strong picture of an actual grounding. Now, when that grounding cord is attached to your first chakra and it attached to your body, then allow yourself to notice as this grounding cord goes all the way through the different layers of the earth, one by one, further and further down, until it reaches the middle of the earth. And the middle of the earth is really hot. There's hot lava in there. That's the very center of the earth. And just hook it in there with a nice big anchor. This can be an anchor from a cruise ship. Didn't want to come to mind anymore. Or it can be a sailboat anchor. Make it a really nice, big, sturdy thing to anchor that into the middle of the earth. Now, you've established a picture. You've attached it to your first chakra. You made sure it goes all the way down into the middle of the earth. And now you can imagine as if your first chakra, the very bottom of your spine, right where your sitz bones are, or on the side on your hips, you can imagine like a little switch and that would open up that first chakra. And when that opens up, it allows your body to release anything and everything that you've been holding on to that has been potentially a back pain or pain in your shoulder, or you've been noticing anxiety or anything of the alike that has been, that you have been noticing over the past few days. And just notice how this just goes out and down through that grounding cord. And it's very effortless. You don't have to do anything. You just stipulate that you would like to release anything that doesn't serve your highest good in this present moment. And if you take a moment to notice that, give yourself the space to notice where things might be sitting. And you may find places that you have not experienced pain or pressure or tightness or tension beforehand. And just notice that feeling of having a grounding cord being really nicely connected to the earth and giving your body a place, a really nice image of a grounding to release. When you release, you can even notice that you find people in your space. If you had dealt with a really particular tough customer or a person that you came across in the store, store clerk, or anything that you feel, oh my God, those people jumped right into my space. There was no, I lost my space, so to speak. And things took over. Then just notice how when you stipulate that you would like to ground everything that is not your own out of your space, you may notice them leaving your space as well. And don't be afraid to let them go because it's just the energy of someone else. So if they drop down into the fire of your grounding cord, their energy just really gets neutralized and comes in a neutral form back to them. So they really appreciate that. So you're not a bad person by letting people go out of your space, even if it's your children. They fall, out they go. And just notice you're breathing, you're starting to hold your breath because you're noticing you're drifting away, thinking about situations or anything that you were looking at that you were releasing. Okay, you can just come back to your breath. Come back to your grounding cord and just notice how your space changes as you're grounding out things, places, people. You might notice feelings of shame or guilt or anxiety or depression or anger come up. You can just let them flush out of your system. I would say it's almost like butter in the sun just melts away down your grounding. And all into the hot lava that is down there so you can get neutralized and released and given back to its rightful owner. And really allow yourself to notice how much lighter your body gets as you're releasing more and more of that stuff out of it. And since we have been releasing so much energy, I would ask you to come back into the center of your head, that place that we found beforehand. And from there, right out in front of you, create a mental image picture of a beautiful golden sun. And you can put that beautiful golden sun right above your head, about a foot above your head. And I would ask you to fill that golden sun with your very own pure neutral energy. You can sprinkle in some joy and some validation, knowledge. Happiness. Anything and everything that really feels good to you and your system. And notice how that golden sun might become brighter and bigger and more beautiful and more sparkly. And then you can just bring this whole golden sun into your space and fill all those places that you've let go of energy. Let those places be filled with that golden energy of yours. Let it fill in your ears, your head, your throat, your chest, down your arms, body, going through your legs, and even a little bit down through your grounding cord. All the way down to your little toes. You can rub your feet on the floor again. You can wiggle your toes. And just notice what happens when you fill yourself back in with your own energy, something that is just purely you. And it creates this beautiful sense of self-magnificence within you. And when you're all filled up, you can start to slowly take a couple more nice deep breaths. Start to move your body around a little bit. Roll your shoulders, your head from side to side. And when you're ready, you can slowly but surely come back out of meditation. And with that, welcome back. This is different from the groundings we did beforehand. It's way more granular. It's using more your intuitive abilities. What did you all think? It's the little things. I saw you wiggle around and I'm like, wow, this is so funny. That is so funny. This is how things go. And it's the funniest thing because it's the littlest things, right? We don't even think about it, but then we're supposed to be doing something and it trips us up and then we get so out of it. Yeah, that is very funny. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. And I just want to say there is such a thing. So our center of that is right behind there and it meets in the middle, right? In the very center of your head. The analyzer where your mind sits and analyzes and tries to figure shit out and everything, they sit right around your ears. So what we're trying to work on over the next 12 weeks is to get into the center of your head and become more and more aware of your analyzer of your mind, trying to step in and trying to figure things out. Because for our spirit, whatever picture you have is really not a big deal, right? You can have an elaborate structure of roots around here and still have like one big pipe going into your grounding for it. It's really just where our mind starts to, where we get hung up, right? We need to figure out how we do that. But for our spirit, it's really not a big deal. So that's why I say bring amusement because the things we trip ourselves up and that becomes a problem in the meditation is hilarious. Even I, to the day, I sometimes think, this isn't going to work. Oh, wait a minute, really? This is silly. It does. It doesn't really matter, right? You can make up anything that works for you in order to move out energy. That's, I think, the really... All right. Well, yeah, and I think sometimes it's just our own energy burns really hot sometimes. And for some, if we're not familiar to the extent of it, our own energy can be very, very powerful, right? And that can heat up the body in ways. Sometimes it just burns off other energies out of the way. So it can really just, you bring it in. So cool. Yeah. So this will be, eventually, we'll do a meditation where we incorporate more and more of the tools. But for tonight, in the second meditation, it's actually going to be on auxiliary grounding cords. So learning how to put auxiliary grounding cords around, like mini grounding cords in the back of your head or wherever you feel like on your shoulder, and then actually attach them to your big grounding cord. So I will give your mind a rest and give you a picture on how to do it. So, and I just want to say a few words to energy and how it flows and all that. I think it's important to know that it's really just like electricity running through the body, right? When you have energy running smoothly through your body, it's in flow. There is no stuckness. There's no pressure, tenderness, anything. If you pinch yourself, it hurts because you stop the flow of energy. If you touch a wall socket and you close the circle, so to speak, it's painful because you are disrupting the regular flow of energy as it comes through. So any time pressure or tension or energy, let's just name it like that, settles in your space, like around your shoulders, for instance. You always have your shoulders up, you feel there's tension there. It might be an energy that something, I don't know, you're holding a lot of weight, a lot of responsibility in your shoulders, for instance, right? So if you do that, if you hold that energy long enough, that energy flow is getting stuck. There will be knots over time, there will be more tension in your muscles, and eventually it will be really painful because we're not moving out the energy that sits there in terms of like, you keep holding on to that responsibility in your shoulders and therefore it consistently stops the flow of energy and over time, you have sore muscles there and they start to hurt and there you have it, right? For the longest time, I had a thyroidectomy in 2010, and before I decided to have it taken out, it had nodules and it grew bigger and bigger. I had a pretty large goiter at some point, and it was interesting because it was at that point in time, really a point in time where I would have needed to speak my truth. I was not ready to speak my truth. I was not ready to address things that I would have needed to address and that's okay. I'm not looking back and saying, Oh my God, I totally messed up by not speaking my truth. But it was not due to so many different layers of energy, I wasn't comfortable doing it. So it grew and it grew and it grew. And at some point, it needed to really come out because it was too big of a disruption of energy that it started to affect my airways and I couldn't lift my arms anymore because I couldn't breathe anymore because the thing was sitting there, right? So it was, to me, hilarious in hindsight, when I think about it, like, Oh, wow, I really, that was sitting so in front of me being able to speak. Now it's out. It's really like there was a physical relief and words just came so much easier out afterwards. So it was a long time accumulating until the point where I was, and I needed to come to that point, right? It needed to become so uncomfortable for me on a physical level that I said, Okay, I guess we'll do it. So it's really just when energy can't flow anymore, it starts to build up on a physical level and then no judgment there, but it starts showing and usually is correlated to something else as it was for me. So it's the same way, not only with your own energy, but with someone else's energy. Like when you're around other people, and they are really emotional, we tend to allow their energy come into our space. And that disrupts our energetic system as well, right? So just sometimes I remember when my kids were little, or when they were older and had fits in different ways. Like when they were little, and you were at the grocery store, and they throw a fit, and they throw themselves to the ground. The tension that you get from other people, and you experience that within your body, and you start to become uncomfortable, and you tense up, it's the same thing. We allow other people's energy to come into our space, and we'd be affected by it because it disrupts our own flow. So it's really all about becoming aware. And then people will never stop doing that. It's up to us to have an energetic boundary, right? In order to not let other people's energy affect us, or disrupt our energetic system. And that's the muscle that we're working on. So with that being said, I would like to take a quick break, because I don't want to keep you until 10. If you need to go to the bathroom real quick, and just shake yourself out for a moment, and do that. I want to say get up and move your body at least for a little bit, and like two, three minutes, go to the bathroom if you have to break it up, because it was a lot of talking. And then we come back and do another meditation, a shorter one than the first one. And then I will try to let you go by around 8.45, I want to say. Another half hour. Okay, I'll see you shortly. We can just leave all of that on. I'm just going to turn my camera off and go to the bathroom, because that's necessary. I'll see you momentarily. Okay. Yes. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And it's really, that is one of the hardest things, and I think especially with people who are close to us, it's the hardest, because we are aware of their energy, we know what it feels like, it's very similar to our energy, or at least what we know, right? Having our, what we had dealt with before, and we also love them, so we want to take their burden off their shoulders, and just take it into our own spaces and fix it, right? Wouldn't that be, that would be lovely if that would work that way, but unfortunately it doesn't work for us, for our energy system, nor does it work for the other person. And this is one of the really important things, I always feel like it's for, it's as much as we think we're doing something great for the other person, we're not. We're taking away their agency, and being able to deal with their own emotions, they're capable. And if they're in a place where they look like they're almost not capable, then there are other ways to help them, and not by taking their energy into our own space and try to fix it, right? So that's very, very important, because I think a lot of times in our society we're told that, or not told, but taught through different ways that we should take on, we should anticipate what other people need, we should read in their eyes what they need, right? It's like all the ways that we're conditioned in order to like anticipate what other people need, and I think it's real, real, real, real important to become aware that this is not helping neither them nor us. And there was something else I wanted to mention along with that, but oh yes, actually, but as a matter of fact, when I went, and it's never, this will, it's never gonna be gone, that feeling that you would like to, that you have to become aware of when other people's energy is in your space, right? When I, so many times when I drove to the hospital for my mom, I had to remind myself that it was not me experiencing it. So I can very calmly drive into Boston because it is not happening to my body, but when someone experienced something really traumatic and is very, very close to you, it's really important to be aware of how easy that energy slips in, and all of a sudden you feel like as if you would be in excruciating pain and don't know what to do and just have surgery. And I thought to myself, not really, I'm still driving, I have not, my body is not going through that, it's all good. So that is a very, it's a good, the awareness will come quicker, you will be able to move it out quicker, it doesn't mean that it's not going to come again. Because I always thought that was one of my things, I always thought, oh, once I've dealt with it, it's not going to come back. Not the way this goes. You will be aware quicker. So I just wanted to say a few words to how the structure of the class is going to go, unless you had anything to add, Melinda, after break. Yeah, I know, this is a familiar feeling to a lot of people. Do you have anything to add, Melinda, that you wanted to get off your chest before we move on? Okay. So now you have a tool, a physical tool, you go into interval practices, right? But in essence, you have a place to go where you don't need to figure it out, you don't know, you don't need to know what's happening, you just go into the center of your head. And I say just fully realizing we're only at the beginning, but you go into the center of your head. From there, you create your mental image picture of a grounding cord, you attach it to your body, and you can let it go, right? You can ground things out of your body very specifically. You can, if you take on an energy from your daughter, from you, when you, things like your mother said from someone else, you just find it in your body, you don't actually not don't even necessarily need to know where it sits, you'll just postulate that you're going to let this go. And it's going to move out of your body down your grounding cord into the center of the earth and with the lava in the center of the earth, that picture that you show your body really resonates with neutralizing energy, right? So it's not that you're sending down your daughter into the hot fire, for example, and she's still going to burn and all those horrid pictures. It's not like that, it's really just her energy that was in your system that wasn't really helping you or for your mother when she said she would take it on, you just release it out of your body, you neutralize it in the hot fire of the middle of the earth, and let it go back to where it belongs. And so then people have their energy back, and they're able to take their steps. If we take, it's all great if we take away the headache from someone else, that headache has a reason why it's there. So if you just take it, you take it into your body and you walk away with it, your body is going to get sick. So I totally get it where your mother stopped, right? And the other person will get the headache again and again and again, because it's not, or we'll get something else where the energy not flows anymore. Because it's not, they weren't able to deal with it in a way that it made sense for them why it left. I had worked enough around my thyroid to know when I take it out, I had a lot of energy work that I was doing for myself that I was doing with other people. So I wouldn't come back in any other way. Right? You can take something physically out, but you also need to deal with it on an energetic level. So, yes, that's important. I want to say a couple of things to our structure of the class, we will always start out with, you know, just checking in how the week before was, and then doing a meditation, and then having, you know, brief time for some questions that are important to ask. And then we'll have a small break, and then come back and do the second round of probably another meditation, for the most part, and a little bit more talking. And then there's always homework as well. I'm, like I said before, increasingly, I'm going to ask you to sit down and meditate and use your tools as well, in your free time away from class. And also to sit, like, and that becomes more important, the further along we go, the more tools you have, but you would take a little bit of time, like, 10, 15, 20 minutes before class to sit down and use your tools, right, to sit down and start to ground, bring in a golden sun. So next time, before we get on, I would ask you to come and sit, like, 10 minutes beforehand, 5-10 minutes, just till you find your space, and you come to class already grounded, and you have a way of using your tools. That make sense? Okay. Any questions? No. Okay. Then let's do one more meditation. And other than that, we'll get too late. So you can make sure your feet are on the floor. Now I have the picture in my head of you sitting on the chair and the feet dangling in the air. That's funny. All right. So eventually, it would be great if your feet really, like, touched the floor down the road. There you go. Because that's another way of grounding your body, right? And for class number three, it's actually important that the feet touch the floor because we connect to earth energy. But we're not there yet. So just for next time. All right. So you can wiggle your body a little bit. Make sure you're, like, feeling it. You can slap or clap on your upper thighs a little bit just to make your body aware of, like, hello, body, we're here, we're in present time. And then you can close your eyes. Just take a few nice deep breaths. You can sigh out if you like. And make a noise when you breathe out. Just become aware of your space and present time. You can focus on your breath for a moment and just follow it as you're breathing in. And take a little pause at the top of your breath. And then when you're breathing out, just breathe out a little longer than you've breathed in. And just do that a few times to raise the awareness of your body. And then let's do again what we did before. You can start to find that place in the middle of your head, the mind's eye, center of your head. And from there, you look out and create a picture right out in front of you of the grounding cord. And notice how it may be different already that you're already kind of like, oh, I know what we're doing. I know how this feels. I can find my center of head a little easier. And can be already a little bit more detailed in what I see in my grounding cord. Pay attention to all the details. Make it nice and big and strong and sturdy. It can be your great helper of releasing anything out of your space that doesn't belong. And then take that grounding cord and attach it to your first chakra. And take your time to seal it so nothing can get away and sneak back in your space. It's almost like a little kid would make a mud pie, right? You can seal up the edges where it attaches to your body. And then from the center of your head, not from your grounding cord, I want you to watch how that grounding cord goes all the way down into the middle of the earth. If you follow your grounding cord, it's a pretty unpleasant and stressful experience for your body because your body doesn't want to go down into the earth. So stay in the center of your head and just look at it as if it's a movie. Notice sometimes we go down that grounding cord and we want to check it out and we want to make sure it's all good and it goes all the way down and has an anchor and all that. But you can very effortlessly do the same thing from the center of your head, from your place where your intuition sits, where your clairvoyance sits. And then you can flip that switch at the back of your first chakra or on the side of your grounding cord and just start to release. And you can let go of anything and everything that we just talked over break, taking on other people's energy into our space, being at the effect of other people's energies, stories, emotional situations, responsibilities. And let's just watch how another layer of that just leaves effortlessly our space. And then I would invite you to find a couple places within your body that hold maybe some tension or pain. Let's just go with physical pain for right now. And when you found that spot or you can find a couple, you can attach a smaller grounding cord to that. This can be a root or a rope or a pipe, flexible pipe, and just attach it to the spot where it hurts in your body. And then if it's a flexible pipe, just use one end to attach it to the pain and the other end, just plug it into your grounding cord. And then you can flip another switch and just let that pain be sucked right out of that spot in your body and down your grounding cord. And you can find a couple more other places in your body where there is pain and you can attach another flexible pipe to that and plug it into your grounding cord. And then just release. And just notice what happens to your space, to your body when you give it an actual place to go when you found a way to release pain directly straight out of your body effortlessly. Sometimes there might be other stuff that is attached to that. It can just come out as well. If it's yours, it comes back to you in a neutralized way. If it's someone else's energy sitting in there, it will get neutralized and go back to them. And then you can either leave them or when they've done what they were supposed to be doing, grounding out that energy, that pain, you can unplug them, roll them up and let them go through your grounding cord as well. Or you can keep them and just let them do their work. And because we released energy again, I'm going to ask you to imagine this beautiful golden sun above your head again and fill that golden sun up with your own pure neutral energy. Make it really nice and bright. Full of love for yourself and acceptance, validation. And then start to bring that golden sun into your space and especially into the places where we had the auxiliary grounding cords on, where we released pain out of your body. Fill those places back in. Fill yourself up with yourself. You may notice that if the pain even hasn't been gone completely, you just fill in with your own energy and it melts away the rest. And bring that golden sun all the way down your body. All the way to your feet. You may notice how your phase always changes when you fill yourself back up. All good and great when we release a lot of energy. If we don't fill ourselves back in, we're going to run depleted. So with that, we can take a few more nice deep breaths and then slowly but surely come back out of meditation. Roll your shoulders a bit. Move your head side to side. How was that second time go around? Was it easier than the first time? How do I speed up the process? Yeah, and it's really for real. Yeah, just watch it and then just make sure you keep grounding it out. Go back. Maybe the beginnings are just a little hard because we're not certain if it's going to go and, you know, it might be a little tighter. But then if you do it more frequently, eventually it'll move. It'll start to move. And just you can play around with it a little bit and just notice, like, ask it, right? You can play around and ask it and say, why is it there? Why is it not moving really well? Why? What do you need from me? You know, things like that. Just be curious. Investigate a little bit and then see what answers come from that as well. Might give you great insight. And over time, it will move faster. Just needs a little practice. What damn word? Pipe did not come to my freaking mind. And I'm like, I don't mean a rope. That's not the word I'm looking for. I'm looking for a pipe and there it pops in my head. So you did it. Yeah, there you go. There you go. Thank you for sending the word. It works. Right? Yeah, I know. And you know what? You guys can use. No, I love it. This is exactly how this is going to work. And you know what? You can use other things every single time. So you can use a rope or a pipe or a tree or, you know, water, whatever suits you. Really pay attention to that and play around with it a little bit because it may not be every time the same. Sometimes a pipe will feel too restrictive or like you said, Melinda, you need a wrench to get the thing loose, right? So maybe something more along the lines of a light beam or something will be more fitting. But other times you need something solid, a good structure in order to let things go. So really start to pay attention what comes to mind, what really makes sense. That's all right. Don't worry about it. I had every time I say hello to someone, either their phone rings or they get distracted in a different way. It's so interesting how energy plays out. You know what? I just know like this. I don't take it personally. So please don't feel like you're just it just is what it is, right? It's not a big deal. Don't worry about it. If you are talking on the phone while we're having class, on the phone while we're having class, then I may have an issue with that, but all we might be. So in the week to come, I would like for you to try out grounding in different situations. So you can ground while you're waiting in line at the checkout in the grocery store. You can ground when you're with a group of other people. You can ground when someone comes to you and falls apart in front of you, for instance. This will be the challenging situation, right? And you don't even need to sit down or close your eyes or do any of that. You can just, while you're standing there with your eyes open, because, you know, it would be a little awkward if you close your eyes in the checkout lane at the supermarket, right? So wait a minute, I need my grounding. So with your eyes open, just see what you can do and just postulate that you can do that with your eyes open. Have some fun with it, playing around. Ground yourself before you go to bed to sleep. I mean, before you go to sleep while you're in bed. You know, different situations like that. Play around with it and have some fun. You can, especially when you're doing, I don't know if either one of you does it, but if you do yoga or exercises, but yoga in particular, I have found when I ground myself while I'm doing yoga, I can balance like there is no tomorrow, like nothing's going to throw me off, right? Because I'm connected and I am grounded and my body is grounded. And so bring it on. I will not fall over. Try that out. It's really fun. You can do that while you're driving, while you're out in nature, when you take a walk, in all the different places. And when you ground a lot, you bring in a lot of golden suns because you want to also replenish yourself. You don't want to walk around like a grounded out zombie who doesn't replenish with their own energy. You need to fill back in where you release things from. Yeah, getting up when you get up in the morning is actually a really good one. First thing in the morning before, like when you hop out of bed and you sit at the edge of your bed, just take a moment, close your eyes and imagine a grounding cord attached to your first chakra and ground and then get going. Okay. I would not suggest that. You can try, but it's not advisable. Right? And then I'm sure you get so in the thick of it and then you sit there and ground and ground and ground. Honk, honk. Ah, here we are. You just ground and honk right out of your space. Bye. Right? That's right. Ah, that's hilarious. Yeah. And so just sit also on top of all of that, right? Sit down 10 to 15 minutes each day. It even says once or twice a day in my manual, right? So 10 to 15 minutes once or twice a day for the next week, every day, and just start out with breathing and getting into present time and just, you know, find the center of your head. From there, imagine your grounding cord attached. Release. Find some auxiliary grounding cords wherever you need them. Play around with that a little bit. Fill in with the golden sun and then come back out and go over your day. And then I would really like to hear what you tell me next week, how that went, what differences you could notice that it made, if any. And then we'll meet at 7 o'clock next Wednesday as well again. All right? All right. Have a nice night. Sleep well. Bye.
