Coming up in about 10 minutes, the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas and the rising death toll among Palestinians living in Gaza has created a tremendous backlash against Israel and Jewish communities as well as Palestinian and Muslim communities worldwide. A similar backlash from that conflict has been experienced right here in North Carolina. In our upcoming segment, we'll hear more about the public response to the Israel-Hamas war and how it's affected both the Jewish and Muslim communities here in the Tar Heel State. We'll also hear about Muslim, Jewish, and other faith communities here in the Piedmont and their responses both to the war itself and the mounting humanitarian crisis that's resulted from it. Tomorrow rain is likely, highs will be in the upper 60s and a bit cooler in the mountains.
