I encourage individuals and organisations to investigate and minimise the ways they attempt to control others. Control others to do what they want them to do because they unconsciously believe it is their right to do so, and consequently believe it is also their moral obligation to ridicule, threaten or punish those who don’t do what they are told. This control causes disconnection and misery.
