Hello, and welcome to today's episode. If you find yourself feeling stagnant or creating the same results over and over again, this episode is for you. In this episode, we will explore how a new level of awareness can be incredibly powerful and how it can positively impact various parts of our lives. In the pursuit of personal growth, self-improvement, one of the most transformative experiences is reaching a new level of awareness. With that, it really comes down to being aware and it also heightens the state of our consciousness and it allows us to perceive ourselves and others and the world around us from a fresh perspective. It can really help us with changing things up, becoming more aware of why we are creating the same thing over and over again or maybe why we feel like we're on this hamster wheel and we just can't get off. One of the things that I personally feel is super important is self-reflection. When we expand our awareness, we gain a deeper understanding of our thoughts, of our emotions, and our behaviors. The self-reflection becomes a powerful tool for personal development as it enables us to recognize our patterns, our beliefs, our habits that may be holding us back or keeping us on this hamster wheel. With this new awareness, we can consciously choose to let go of limiting beliefs, embrace a positive change, and create new habits that align with our values and our goals. Sometimes we don't realize that there's certain emotions, that there's certain behaviors that are happening that are keeping us on this hamster wheel. It's not until you have a new level of awareness, it's not until you understand maybe some of the reasons why you are creating the same thing over and over again. A lot of times it will come from our beliefs. It will come from stories. It will come from how we feel about our self-worth. It's not until we have this awareness that we can change it. There is no right or wrong. There's just a new level of awareness. Once you become aware of why you are doing certain things or creating certain things, there's usually a reason behind it that subconsciously it's just running in the background and you have no idea that that's what was motivating you or having you be in the same place. It really is about enhancing our emotional intelligence. When we can have a heightened awareness, it allows us to tune in to our emotions and those of others with better clarity and more sensitivity. With an enhanced emotional intelligence enables us to navigate relationships more effectively. We understand others. We understand perspectives. We understand our own ways and why we were operating a certain way. We respond with empathy and compassion, not only for others, but for ourselves. An example of this would be recently I was talking to a coaching client of mine, a stylist. Her main goal was to be able to pull back from behind the chair, not work so much, hustle her ass off, and still make really good money and do all the clients that she adores. They're just like soulmate clients. They really spark her creativity. What happened is she started to make these change. She really started to see things shift and change. The clients were starting to come in, but what happened was there was some time on her books that were open. If you're used to hustling your ass off, that freaks you out when you see any space open on your books. What happened is she was making it mean something about her. It was a belief that she had that if she was not completely fully booked, burnout, and just burning it at both ends, then she wasn't worthy of receiving money or getting paid, or she didn't feel worthy of receiving money and maybe even making more money without working even harder. She was afraid of what other people would think if she had some downtime, if she had some spaces open. This is just a program that was running for her in the background that she wasn't even aware of. What would have happened if she didn't have the awareness that this is how she felt, she would have ended up booking those spots just to feel better and probably booking them with not ideal clients. Then what happens? She ends up on this vicious cycle of being super busy, working her ass off, feeling burnt out again, feeling resentful, all because she wasn't aware of what was happening in the background, what was happening in her mind and her beliefs. With this new level of awareness, she was able to settle into it and realize that this is exactly what she wanted. She wanted more space. She wanted more freedom in her business and in her life. She was making more money. That's just an example of how powerful awareness can be. It really helps us tune in. The more and more you do it, the more you can kind of course correct beliefs and stories and you can kind of get to the root of why you are creating the same thing over and over again. When we can be more attuned to our own emotions, it's super powerful. When we can be in tune to the stories and the beliefs and the programming that we just picked up from family, friends, maybe we just weren't even aware of them, we can just become more aware. So a new level of awareness really expands our consciousness beyond the boundaries of our own individual experience. So we can have more compassion for people for whatever it is that they're doing or how they're responding or whatever else is happening because we can know that they might not even be aware of what it is that they're doing. So we can develop a deeper sense of connectedness with people and it will really impact our actions. It brings us so much more clarity and decision making is so much more powerful as we elevate our awareness. Our minds become clearer. Our thoughts become more focused. We can gain a heightened sense of clarity and allowing us to see situations from a broader perspective and make more informed decisions, change things up. Like the story I was speaking about earlier, once she was aware, she was able to lean back. She was able to kind of settle in and understand that this is what she wanted and that she's safe to allow this and to receive this. So when we have more awareness, we can become less reactive and more responsive and really consider the long-term consequences of our choices. So clarity really empowers us to set meaningful goals, take purposeful action and really navigate our lives to a greater place. So it's so powerful all the way around, really just unlocking a new level of awareness. It can really impact us on a spiritual growth as well. It will often, spiritual growth and deepening connections with our inner selves, it opens doors to like profound intuition and wisdom and a sense of purpose leading to a more fulfilling purposeful life. But we have to understand the power of a new level of awareness and how much it unlocks our potential on a personal level in all areas of our lives, emotional, intelligence, clarity, self-discipline,
