The I AM meditation is designed to help you feel more confident and self-assured. You are guided to relax your mind and body, focusing on deep breathing and letting go of tension. As you relax, you imagine yourself in a peaceful place and repeat affirmations like "I am safe" and "I am enough". The meditation helps you connect with your inner self and embrace positive feelings of confidence, love, and gratitude. You can return to this state of relaxation anytime you want. When you are ready, you can open your eyes and feel awake, refreshed, and more confident. Welcome, find a quiet place to sit or lie down comfortably. The intention of this I AM meditation is to help you grow a deeper sense of confidence and self-assurance. We'll begin by guiding you into a state of deep relaxation in your mind and your body. Close your eyes and take a nice deep breath in, allowing your lungs to fill with air. Hold it for a moment and then exhale through your mouth, letting go of any tension or worries. As you continue to breathe deeply, begin to let go and relax, relaxing every muscle in your body, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Notice how very comfortable your body is beginning to feel. You are supported, so you can just let go and relax. As you continue to breathe normally, just notice the natural rhythm of your breath for a moment. Be aware of normal sounds around you. These sounds are unimportant, just disregard them and focus on the sounds of my voice. Whatever you hear from now on will help you to relax even deeper, deeper relaxed. Now take a nice deep breath in and as you exhale, release any tension, any stress from any part of your body, mind and thoughts and just let them go. Notice any remaining stressful thoughts rushing through your mind. Feel them as they begin to wind down and disappear. As you relax from head to toes, going deeper and deeper into a state of profound relaxation, notice the muscles in your scalp soften and relax, the muscles in your temples soften and relax, softening your muscles in your face, your jaw, allowing your teeth to part and relax. As you think about relaxing these muscles, they will soften and relax. As they deeply relax, you'll be able to just drift and float into a deeper and deeper level of total relaxation. As you continue to let go, let all the muscles in your forehead relax. Feel those muscles smooth and relax. Rest your eyes. Just imagine your eyelids feeling so comfortable, so heavy, so heavy, so relaxed. Now let all the muscles in the back of your neck and shoulders soften and relax. Feel a heavy, heavy weight being lifted off your shoulders as you feel relieved, lighter and more and more relaxed. As you feel these muscles in the back of your neck and shoulders relax, notice the soothing sensation going down your back, down, down, down to the lower part of your back. With every breath as you exhale, feel your body drifting down, down, deeper down into total relaxation. Let your muscles go, relaxing deeper and deeper. Allow all the muscles in your shoulders and down your arms, all the way down to your fingertips. Just relax, letting your arms feel so heavy, so heavy. So comfortable and so relaxed. You may have a tingling in your fingertips and that's perfectly fine. You may have warmth in the palms of your hands and that's fine. And you may feel that you can barely lift your arms. They are so relaxed. They are so heavy, so heavy and so relaxed. As you inhale once again, now feel your muscles in your chest relax. And as you exhale, feel the muscles around your heart relax. Going deeper and deeper into total relaxation. As you inhale once again, feel the muscles in your stomach relax, relax, more relaxed. As you exhale, just allow them to let go. As you inhale once again, now feel all the muscles in your legs softening. And as you exhale, feel them relax. All the muscles in your legs so completely relaxed, right to the tips of your toes. Notice how very comfortable your body feels. Just drifting and floating deeper, deeper, deeper relaxed into total relaxation. Now, as you are relaxing deeper and deeper, imagine a beautiful staircase. There are 10 steps and the steps lead you to a special and peaceful and beautiful place for you. In a moment, you can begin to imagine taking a safe and gentle and easy step down, down, down on the staircase. Leading you to a very peaceful, a very special place for you. You can imagine it to be any place you choose. Perhaps you would enjoy a beach or ocean with clean fresh air or the mountains with a stream. Any place is fine, perfectly fine. In a moment, I'm going to count backwards from 10 to 1. And you can just imagine taking the steps down. As you take each step, feel your body relax more and more. Feel it just drift down and down each step and relax even deeper. 10. Relax even deeper. 9. Drifting down. 8. Going deeper. 7. Relax. 6. Going down. 5. Deeper. 4. Relax even deeper. 3. Drifting down. 2. Going down. 1. Deeper. Deeper. Deeper. Relax. And now imagine your most peaceful and special place. You can imagine this special place and perhaps you can even feel it. You are alone and there is no one to disturb you. This is the most peaceful place in the world for you. As you go deeper and deeper within, it is at this point that your conscious and subconscious minds are now fully open and receptive to taking in powerful affirmations that easily and automatically become your reality. Everything that you are now about to hear will be deeply embedded into your conscious and subconscious mind. You'll find that you're automatically reacting and responding to affirmations that easily become true for you now. As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your attention to the phrase, I AM. Repeat it silently to yourself with each inhale and exhale, and with each repetition, let the words fill you with a sense of presence and self-assurance. Breathing in, I. Breathing out, am. Again, inhale, I. Exhale, am. One more time, inhale, I. Exhale, am. Continue repeating it as you hear me giving you additional suggestions. Now visualize a warm and gentle light surrounding you, wrapping you in a cocoon of love and acceptance, as you repeat in your mind, I am safe. I am protected. I am enough. I am unique. I am valuable. I am worthy, just as I am. Now let go of any negative thoughts or self-doubt that may arise. Imagine them dissolving into the light, leaving you feeling lighter and more secure in your own skin, and continue to repeat the following, I am pure awareness. I am pure bliss. I am one with God. I am enough, just as I am. I am unconditional love. I am open to receiving and giving love. I am connected to the universe and its infinite possibilities. As you bask in this soothing light, feel a growing sense of confidence radiating from within, and repeat to yourself, I am in control of my thoughts, emotions, and actions. I am empowered to create the life I deserve. I am constantly evolving and growing. I am grateful for the beauty and joy in my life. I am a beacon of light shining my authentic self. I am a source of positivity and inspiration for others. I am resilient and capable of overcoming any challenges. I am deserving of success and abundance. I am confident in my unique abilities and talents. I am kind and compassionate towards myself and others. I am at peace with my past and excited about my future. Enjoy this special place for another moment. Imagine yourself there and feel that sense of peace flow through you and a sense of well-being. Allow these positive feelings to grow stronger and stronger. Enjoy these positive feelings and keep them with you long after this session is completed. Embrace the power of I am as a reminder that you are in control of your own narrative. Now I am going to be counting from 1 to 5 to bring you back to your full and regular waking consciousness. Or if you would like to stay in this state of deeper relaxation and meditation for longer or go to sleep, you can end this recording now knowing that regardless of the stress and tension that may surround your life, you may now remain more at peace, more calm, more relaxed, and allow the tension and stresses to bounce off and away from you, far away from you. And these positive feelings will stay with you and grow stronger and stronger each time you listen to this meditation. If you're ready, and only when you're ready, when I get to the number 5, you'll be back right here now feeling wide awake, clear-headed, perfectly good in every way, with a deeper sense of self-confidence and self-assurance. Number 1, coming back more and more to this moment. And number 2, begin to slowly breathe and move and stretch. On number 3, feeling rested and refreshed, you remember this entire session. Number 4, you can return to this state any time you wish. 1, 2, 3, 4, and when you're ready, and only when you're ready, on number 5, let your eyes open, you're right back, here and now, wide awake, back to your full and regular waking consciousness.
