In light of betterment, I want to talk about 10 ways to be mindful throughout the day. Because a lot of times you may have to face an experience that you don't want to experience too long or you're growing through what you're going through. Even in the holiday spirit. Being mindful throughout the day is imperative to having a better day. One way you can do that is take a breather. You know what I'm saying? Breathe in and breathe out. Let it go. Take it easy. It's okay to take a breather. Anytime that you feel like you need to concentrate on that breath. When you're getting overly excited and things need to just be cool and you just trust the process.
