And one of the things that we discussed amongst many things, which was like start each day out with a quick review of what you want to accomplish. Write out your prioritized list of goals and refer to them hourly. Schedule your time to prioritize these important goals. Stop hourly to take a deep breath. Recalibrate as needed. Know your why to help. Stay motivated. Set rewards for completion of your goals. And lastly, is use positive self-cognitation. Listen, you want to use positive self-talk. Be proud of yourself.
