Welcome to my first podcast. This is my first experience in creating audio content, so please understand. No need to wait any longer, but first, let me introduce myself. My name is Varsha Narupunika, but I'm also called Thunder. Oh yes, I haven't told you about the theme of this content. This podcast contains a profile of me, and of course, explains the reasons why I joined the M-List department. Starting from the first profile. Let's check it out! Okay, start from my name. My name is Varsha Narupunika. I am a student majoring in English at Polytechnic Negeri Padang. I come from Padang, West Sumatra. Before I entered Polytechnic Negeri Padang, I was in a graduate of Senior High School, Pratiriti Padang. In my family, I am the fourth of the five children. I was born on March 2004, and now I am currently 19. I have a dream of becoming a radio announcer, or a port announcer. Hmm, I think that's my short profile. Furthermore, the reason I entered the English department at Padang Polytechnic Negeri Padang, was my desire to learn foreign languages professionally and increase my knowledge of foreign languages, especially English. And another reason why I majored in English, is because I saw that the job opportunities for English graduates were also wide. And then, majoring in English can provide flexibility in our career, because skills over time can be applied in various fields. For example, you can work as a freelance writer, English teacher, or data analyst. And the last, English education is what makes us happy. Learning about English literature, culture, and history, can be a very enjoyable and fulfilling experience. In the English department, I also learned several things. Namely, I was taught how to become a news presenter, become aware in accordance with current standards. And I was also taught how to become a professional broadcaster, how to create a blog quickly and efficiently. And of course, I was also taught how to be a good translator. To learn all this, you need a lot of practice and skills that must always be honed. And I'm very happy to be able to join the English department at Polytechnic Medellin, because it gives me a lot of knowledge and experience that is new to me. Okay, that's all my podcast today. Thank you for listening to me. See you. Bye.
