This is a hypnotic recording for anchoring happiness. Find a comfortable place and think of a happy moment. Rub your hands together to create a connection between that moment and the feeling of happiness. Focus on the recording and let go of distractions. Drift into the past and feel the joy of that moment. Notice everything about that feeling. Rub your hands together to strengthen the connection. Slowly come back to the present, feeling joyful. Using your powerful mind, we'll create an anchor between this time, the feelings, and the action of slowly rubbing your hands together. This way, you'll be able to bring on this feeling any time you need to. Once you have chosen your moment, find a comfortable position and close your eyes down. Take a few deep breaths now, and as you do, just relax, just let go. Let go of any tension, tightness, discomfort. Let it go, and just be in this moment. This is your moment, your time to create more joy and happiness in your life. You choose more joy, more happiness, and today your powerful mind is creating this just for you. Now, you may not know this, but hypnosis is a state of focused attention mixed with imagination, your imagination. It is when your inner world becomes more real than anything outside of you. So as you focus on my voice, any sounds in the background drift further and further away. Thoughts may come and go, but they too drift further away. And as they drift, you can drift. Drift through time and space. Drift into the past. Drift into the future. Feel your powerful imagination now, drifting back, back, back to that happy moment, that moment when you felt content, you felt joy. Just be there now. Be in that moment, your imagination making it so real. Feel it. Sense it. Be there. Notice everything around you in that happy moment. And as you're in that space, notice how it feels to be there. Notice how you feel joy. Notice where you feel joy. Turn that feeling up, making that feeling stronger and stronger. Really be there. Feel it. And as you do, I'm asking your powerful, inner, super-conscious guidance to notice everything about this feeling, to map this feeling. Bringing your hands up now and slowly rubbing them together. Slowly rubbing your hands together as your powerful mind creates a connection now. A connection between this wonderful feeling and your hands slowly rubbing together. A powerful anchor so you can have this feeling whenever you want, just by rubbing your hands together. Mapping, connecting, just for you, stronger and stronger. Slowly putting your hands down now, being in this place, feeling the joy, knowing that from now on you're going to notice your happiness increasing every day. Moments of feeling content, happy, to just be. You may notice yourself smiling for no reason. And the more you rub your hands together, the stronger the feeling will come.
