Then, imagine stepping into your ideal future. See yourself waking up in your perfect space, looking outside at a view you love. Notice how you feel and everything about this place. Choose clothing, notice changes in yourself, and go forward into the day, observing what you do for fun and work. Feel this ideal future strongly. Rub your hands together to lock in this feeling. Open your eyes, grab pen and paper, and write out your ideal future, closing your eyes for more ideas. When ready, bring energy back into the room and enjoy your day. Hello, this is Naomi from Leading Light Hypnotherapy. Please make sure that you have a pen and paper ready to take notes after this exercise. Listening to this recording is best done standing up, but you can do it sitting down. You choose what is most comfortable for you and then we will get started. Today I am taking you on a journey into your ideal life. Just for today, taking away all expectations, all commitments, all restrictions. Letting you dream big. To begin, let's sit in the feeling of how life is right at the moment. You may be happy and content where you are, or you may feel discomfort or constriction. Just notice how you feel and where that sits in your body. This is you, now. Now we are going to head into your ideal future. If you are standing up, please take a step to your right, stepping into your ideal future. If you are sitting in your chair, just move your body and get a sense of the shift you are making today. Now stepping into your ideal future, just imagine you are waking up in the morning in your perfect space, your perfect place. You look outside at a view you love. Your room is decorated in your favourite colour and you may have someone even with you if you choose. Notice how you feel. Notice everything there is to notice about this place. Look into your wardrobe and choose clothing for the day. Notice how you look, how you feel in your body. What has changed about you? In this space, I want you to go forward into the day and notice what you are doing. What you do for fun. What you do for work or income. Who is with you? Notice everything there is to notice about your ideal future and really feel it. Feel it so strongly it becomes real. Looking in this perfect memory of your ideal future. As this feeling gets stronger and stronger, slowly rub your hands together, locking in this beautiful feeling and this beautiful future. So whenever you need it, you can close your eyes, rub your hands together and bring yourself back to this beautiful space feeling good. Now keeping hold of this feeling, open your eyes, pick up your pen and paper and start writing out your ideal future. As you write, you may still be in a relaxed space, so you can close your eyes and continue to get ideas and enjoy this feeling. When you are ready, you can bring energy fully back into the room. Integrated mind, body as one and enjoy the rest of your day.
