The main idea of this information is that it is important to learn how to lose and make ourselves one with others in order to love everyone. We encounter different people throughout the day and need to let go of any anxiety or negativity from previous interactions in order to connect with our new neighbors. This helps us maintain love in our hearts, similar to how Jesus loved. Know how to lose. Making ourselves one helps us to love everyone, every single person without exception. In fact, during the day, we meet people one after another, and so this readiness to love requires us to cut, to know how to lose all the anxiety our previous neighbor had unloaded on us, so as to make ourselves one with our new neighbor.
