The proposal is valid until June 10, 2024. SA Watch LLC is committed to combating shoplifting at CVS and protecting its employees, customers, and merchandise. We have developed a comprehensive plan that utilizes a range of preventative measures to deter and prevent theft. We will assist CVS in enhancing its security presence, implementing electronic security measures, and enhancing employee training to recognize and respond to suspicious behavior. We will also help CVS to collaborate with law enforcement agencies and the community in order to share intelligence, coordinate efforts, and foster a sense of shared responsibility. Through this comprehensive approach, we are confident in our ability to significantly reduce shoplifting at CVS. This proposal is in effect until six months from today, June 10, 2024.
