In this meditation, Rachel guides the listener to find their center and relax. They begin by finding a comfortable position and focusing on their breath. Rachel encourages them to be aware of their surroundings and imagine themselves in a peaceful green field. They are then asked to imagine their favorite person joining them, and together they experience a moment of peace. Finally, they repeat affirmations and are encouraged to keep the peaceful feeling with them. Hi, I'm Rachel and welcome to my meditation. We're going to be here for 10 minutes and this meditation is for anybody who's been feeling extra emotional lately, unbalanced, stressed, blocked, anything that you need to get back to your center of who you truly are. Now let's start by finding a comfortable position. And gently rest your palms on your knees and let your eyes softly close. And let's take some breaths together. Breathe in. And let it out. Now deeper this time, breathe in. Hold it and let it out. Breathe back in. And let it out. One more time, really feeling your chest expand. Good. Now return your breath back to normal. And I want you to just focus on the air going in and out of your body. Notice the temperature of the air. Feel it filling your chest. Letting your stomach expand. Just be aware of how this air is keeping you alive right now. And begin to just really relax into your position. Keeping your spine tall and free. Relaxing your shoulders. Relaxing your back. Noticing how your chest rises and falls with every breath. Now bring your attention to the space around your body. See if you can just notice where you're at right now and see yourself sitting in the room you're in. Just aware of the space around you. Do you hear any noises? Notice the temperature in the room. And if anything feels tight in your body still, I want you to just breathe into that area. Imagine as you breathe in all the oxygen is flowing right to that area. And I want you to imagine that this air is giving more space to this area and letting it relax. Now I'd like you to imagine yourself sitting in a beautiful green field with tall grass, blue skies, beautiful trees around you. Everything just feels peaceful for you in this moment. The wind on your skin and the temperature is exactly how you like it. Now imagine your favorite person walking towards you. They notice how peaceful you are sitting and they come sit next to you and your energies combine. And take a deep breath in. And let it out. Breathe in. And let it out. And as you two are sitting there on this perfect day, everything is perfect in this moment. You both are feeling so peaceful. Now I'd like you to repeat these affirmations after me. You can say them out loud or in your mind. I am whole. I am safe. I am peaceful. I am forgiving. I am patient. I am loving. I am balanced. Now breathe in. And let it out. And breathe in one more time. And let it out. And notice how you feel right now. Keep this feeling with you. You can come back to it whenever you like. Thank you for meditating with me today.
