During this meditation, the speaker guides listeners to find a comfortable position and relax their bodies from head to toe. They emphasize the importance of grounding oneself and connecting with the earth. The speaker prompts listeners to listen to their hearts and think about what they truly want, and suggests taking small steps towards those desires. The meditation concludes with a reminder to appreciate the stillness and gratitude for the practice. Hello everyone. Thank you for joining me today. During this meditation, I'm going to ask you a few questions. And you can answer those in your mind. Or if you want to, you could write them down. If you wish to do that, go ahead and pause now and get that and then come back to me. Okay, let's begin by finding a comfortable position. And once you're there, let's just start by taking some breaths together. Breathe in deep. And let it out. Breathe back in. And breathe that out. Breathe back in. Hold it. And let everything out. As you resume your breath back to normal, just really start really relaxing into your position. Letting your shoulders fall. Your spine is tall and free. Let your spine really hold you up. Balancing your body. And let's begin to scan your body. Just make sure everything is nice and relaxed. Let's start with the bottoms of your feet. Just bring your attention there and really use your mind to make sure each part is relaxed. The tops of your feet. Move up to your ankles. Your calves. Your knees. Your thighs. And up to your hips. And this area is really important. This part of your body is your root chakra. This is what holds you down, grounded to the earth every day. Helps you to feel stable and strong. If this area is off, most things in your life won't feel right. Really relax your hips. All areas around there. And just let yourself sink down into your position farther here. Right at the base of your spine. Just feel this area relaxing and connecting into the ground. And let's move up through the rest of your body. Into your lower abdomen. And your lower back. Just feel each area as we go up. Really sinking down with the previous parts. And move up into your rib cage. And up into your chest. Really feel even inside your body in these areas. Be connected to the organs keeping you alive. And really let them come into a state of rest. Still keeping every previous part relaxed. Let's move up into your shoulders. And down through your arms. To your elbows. Down to your wrists and hands. Relax your neck. All sides of your throat. Left and right side of your neck. Keeping your spine tall. But really let the muscles relax. Moving up into your jaw. Your teeth. Your tongue. The base of your skull. Your nose. Your eyes. Eyebrows. Your forehead. Just letting everything sink down while being balanced by your spine. Your entire skull. Your mind. Now bring your attention to the area right around your body. And just sit in this feeling you've created now. Feeling this glow of energy around you. Just feeling so peaceful. See if you can just sit in that stillness for a moment. See if you can just sit in that stillness for a moment. Now what is your heart saying to you? What does your heart want? What's one thing you could do to get just a little bit closer to that want? What makes you happy? What makes you feel free? Now just notice how you feel. And just sit in that stillness. Just sit in that stillness. Now take a breath with me. Now take a breath with me. Now take a breath with me. Now take a breath with me. Breathe in deep. Just let everything out. Now take another breath. Hold it. Now take another breath. Thank you for meditating with me today.
