The Armstrong Customer Touchstone Program is a company-wide program aimed at improving the customer experience. It includes guidelines, training, and examples to ensure consistent customer interactions. The program's vision is to have a shared understanding of how to interact with customers and deliver exceptional service. The Touchstone Program is designed to help achieve this goal. Welcome to this introduction to the Armstrong Customer Touchstone Program. This introduction will be in seven sections. As you see here, the Touchstone Program defined the Touchstone Guidelines, explained the Touchstone Program format, and what it should look like in practice. Team Training and Discussion Guide Examples, Daily Practice Discussion Guide Examples, the Touchstone Program Rollout Schedule, and a summary at the end. The Testing Program is a company-wide program. The purpose of the program is to guide us in delivering the best possible customer experience consistently across the organization. We've heard from our customers and from our employees there is room for us to improve over the past few years. Our customer interface was not where we wanted it to be at every point of customer contact. So what is our vision? Well imagine with me the scenario in which we have a broadly shared understanding of how we interact with customers. So we all have confidence our customers will be taken care of across their entire journey with us to the level that we expect to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This program, the Touchstone Program, is designed to get us there.
