Whitley had a strange dream about being abducted by aliens. Throughout the day, he started to believe that it might be true because of weird things happening to him, like an infected finger and mood swings. He contacted a ufologist named Bud Hopkins, who wasn't surprised by Whitley's story. Bud suggested hypnosis to uncover more memories. Whitley was initially hesitant but remembered a previous strange incident when his house exploded. This is the start of Whitley's second encounter with aliens, which happened earlier that year. The story is told from the perspectives of Whitley, his son, and two guests named Jackie and Annie. So the next day was a little weird as you would imagine he has this dream that he just got abducted by aliens but he doesn't know if it's real or not well he doesn't believe that it's real because you was coming out of it so so it looks like aliens don't really know anything about sterilization apparently so apparently aliens don't know anything about sterilization because yeah that happened and he
