Nothing to say, yet
The speaker guides the listener to relax by taking deep breaths and focusing on their breathing. They encourage the listener to let go of tension and become as lazy and relaxed as possible. The speaker gives suggestions for the listener to feel more calm, fit, and optimistic in their daily life. They also emphasize the importance of relaxation and offer techniques to achieve it. The speaker counts from one to five, bringing the listener back to full awareness, feeling calm and refreshed. Just make yourself comfortable and close your eyes. You might want to separate your hands and let them lie loosely in your lap or to your sides. And it's better if your legs are uncrossed if possible. And it doesn't matter if you feel that you need to move slightly now and again. You don't have to be absolutely still, just be as comfortable and relaxed as much as you can. I'd like you to just take a nice deep breath, hold it for a moment, and then exhale out very powerfully, just with a nice whoosh. And then again, take a nice deep breath in and forcefully exhale. And one more time, nice deep breath in and whoosh, exhale all the sound, all the breath. And you can feel your body just beginning to relax a little bit more as you do so. And all you have to do is keep your eyes closed now and listen quietly to the sound of my voice. And you'll likely be aware of other sounds as well, sounds from the outside, maybe passing traffic. These sounds won't disturb you as time passes. In fact, any sounds that you become aware of from the outside will only help to relax you even more because just for now, the world outside is absolutely unimportant to you. The only sound you're interested in is the sound of my voice. And while you're listening to the sound of my voice, I want you to concentrate for a moment on your breathing, breathing slowly and steadily and evenly, just as if you were trying to convince somebody who might see you that you are absolutely sound asleep. And as you breathe out each time, just allow your whole body to relax more and more. You gradually find yourself feeling as if your whole body is sinking further and further into the chair, into the bed, into the couch, wherever it is you're resting. Each breath you breathe. And while you're listening to the sound of my voice, you can just simply allow yourself to be as lazy as you could ever want to be. Just allow yourself to be lazy as you could ever want to be. While you're relaxing there, just be aware of your body, aware of your hands and where they rest, perhaps noticing the angle of your elbows and maybe sensing the weight of your head. You might notice that the weight of your head against what it's resting on, it just gently increases as you allow yourself to relax more and more. Now just being aware of your ankles and your feet, wherever they're resting. I'm wondering if they'll start to feel heavy as well as you relax. I'm thinking about your breathing for a few moments. Notice that your breathing is becoming slower and steadier as you relax more and more. Slower and steadier, breathing so steadily and evenly, just as though you were pretending to be sound asleep. Breathing now so evenly, so steadily, you almost wouldn't disturb the feather placed immediately in front of you. That's right. Breathing so easily and steadily and so gently, so as not to disturb even a single strand of a feather placed right in front of your nose. And as you allow yourself to relax even more now, I wonder if you can perhaps sense the beating of your own heart. And sensing the beat of your own heart, just explore whether you can use the power of your mind to slow that heartbeat down just a touch. Just seeing whether you can use the power of your mind to slow that heartbeat down just a little bit, so that you can feel your whole body slowing down, becoming lazier and lazier. Because you've got absolutely nothing whatsoever to do except to relax now. Nobody wanting anything, nobody expecting anything, so you can allow your whole body to continue to relax and become steadier and easier until it's just ticking over like a well-maintained machine of some sort or another. Just ticking over smoothly, easily, quietly, comfortably, so that you become gradually more aware of your whole self, aware of your hands and arms. Just sensing how they are now. Aware of your legs and feet. Again, just sensing how relaxed they may be. I'm wondering if it's possible to relax them even more, to be so in touch with yourself that you can actually get your whole body perhaps to relax even more, yet remaining totally alert and noticing how even your facial muscles can begin to really relax. Relaxing, letting go of the tensions that were there almost, but not quite completely unnoticed before. Just being vaguely aware of the skin and the muscles of your face settling, smoothing out. Such a good feeling. Wondering just how long all that tension had been there, where it all came from in the first place, and then realizing that you simply couldn't care less because you can feel it draining away from you now. That feels so good. As you continue to sense the beating of your heart, the absolute steadiness, your body's rhythm, you can wonder at the fact that you're so absolutely relaxed and comfortable. You simply can't be bothered to even try to move even one single muscle, even though you know you easily could if you wanted to. You simply can't be bothered. Feels so good not to move one single muscle, allowing yourself just to be relaxed, as lazy and relaxed as anyone could ever wish to be. I wonder if you can now manage to relax even more than this, even though you're already as relaxed as it's possible for most people to ever be. Finding the last tiny traces of tension in your body, simply letting them go. With each easy, gentle breath you breathe, allowing every muscle fiber, every cell of your entire body to be as beautifully relaxed as anyone could ever wish to be. You've now become so deeply relaxed, so deeply asleep, but not asleep, that your mind has become very sensitive, so receptive to everything that I say. Everything I put into your mind will sink so deeply into the unconscious part of your mind that it will leave a very deep and lasting impression, become part of your inner reality. These suggestions that I place into the unconscious part of your mind begin to exercise a greater and greater influence over the way you think, over the way you feel, over the way you behave. Because these suggestions will stay firmly embedded in the unconscious part of your mind, continue to exercise the same great influence in the weeks, months, and the years to come. And they'll become more and more part of your inner reality as you continue to take positive steps into the future. And you are now so very deeply relaxed that everything that I tell you is going to happen, will happen for your own good, exactly as I tell you. And every feeling that I tell you, you'll experience, you will experience, exactly as I tell you. And these things will continue to happen to you every day. And you'll continue to experience these same feelings every day more and more powerfully when you're at home, or at work, or wherever you are. And during this deep rest, you're going to feel healthier and more fit in every way. You will feel more alert and experience a wonderful feeling of well-being, both mentally and physically. And from now on, you'll have more energy, more enthusiasm. And you'll feel more optimistic as you continue to develop a more positive outlook on life. Every day, you'll become so deeply interested, enthusiastic in whatever you're doing, whatever is going on around you. You focus outwardly. You no longer think about yourself so much and allow any problems to hold you back. Because from now on, you'll see any problem that arises as a challenge, any difficulties you encounter as a test for you to overcome. And all together, you'll approach things with a much more positive attitude. And every way, every day, your nerves will become stronger and steadier, your mind calmer, clearer. You'll feel more in control of your emotions and feelings. And you'll feel more composed, more centered, more at peace with yourself. And you'll begin to develop an inner strength and calm, a self-belief that you can achieve anything you want to do when you focus your mind. You'll be able to think more clearly, concentrate more easily. And you'll be able to give your whole undivided attention to whatever you're doing, the complete exclusion of everything else. And each time that you use this method for easy relaxation, you'll relax more easily and more quickly, more deeply. Because relaxation is a skill that you're easily developing with trance, just drifting, resting peacefully, the state between wakefulness and sleep. And now I'm going to count from one to five, and then I'll say fully aware. The count of five, your eyes will open. And then fully aware, feeling calm, rested, refreshed, and relaxed. One, slowly, calmly, easily, returning to your full awareness once again. Two, each muscle and nerve in your body is loose and limp and relaxed. You feel wonderfully good. Three, from head to toe, you're feeling perfect in every way, physically perfect, mentally perfect, emotionally calm and serene. And on the number four, your eyes begin to feel sparkling clear. And on the next number I count, eyelids open, fully aware, feeling calm, rested, refreshed, relaxed, invigorated, full of energy. Number five, fully aware now. Eyelids open and take a good deep breath. Fill up your lungs and stretch. Welcome back to the present moment. Enjoy the rest of your day or evening going forward.
