Nutrition is not the same for everyone. What works for one person may not work for another. It depends on personal preferences, digestion, and gut health. Cookie cutter plans from social media won't work. Metabolism is unique to each person, and there are no universal rules for nutrition. So, this is something I repeat often. What works for one person might not work for you. There are people that thrive on carbs, whereas others may feel better with more fat. Your personal preferences, how your body digests food, as well as your gut health, it all matters. This is why I don't do cookie cutter plans, because nutrition is in a one-size-fits-all situation. We have to figure out what your body needs so you can fuel it in the right way, and it's not going to be based on someone else's plan from social media. Metabolism is personal. Nutrition is never black and white, and no one rule will work for everyone.
