During a scattering event, the polarization of the transmitted signal can change, resulting in a different polarization of the received signal. There are four modes of polarization: BV, HH, VH, and HV. BV refers to the polarization of the transmitted signal, while HH means that the received signal has less polarization. The polarization of the transmitted signal may change during the scattering event. So, the received signal may have different polarization. It has four modes of polarization, BV, HH, VH and HV. The first means the polarization of the transmitted signal. The second means it only receives the signals with less polarization.
