The person doesn't send multiple pictures to their friends when deciding what to post because they feel insecure about their appearance. Looking at their pictures for a long time makes them think they don't look good, so they constantly check their display. They don't want others to see that they don't look good, so they avoid sharing multiple pictures. I don't even send my pictures to my friends if I want to decide what to post, like normally I send just one to you only.
