In Dreamlandia, universal education is highly valued. Children are taught history to understand our utopia's origins. As they grow, education becomes more specialized towards their chosen profession. To promote unity, children must spend a year in a different city to learn about their customs. After completing 18 years of education and the city requirement, they become adults and can choose their own path. Education is seen as a guiding force for their future. One of the prides of Dreamlandia is our universal education. Our utopia was created by looking backward in time, so it is important that all children understand history. As children mature, education becomes more rigorous and narrows in. As schooling becomes more focused on profession rather than general knowledge. To ensure peace between regions, children are required to spend at least one year in another city learning their customs and different ways of life. Just because we are different doesn't mean we are not united. Once a child has completed their 18 years of education and stayed the required time in another city, they officially become an adult. What they do with their life is up to themselves. It is only hoped that education has pointed them in the right direction.
