The speaker begins by expressing gratitude to God for another day of life and for the members of their listening community. They explain that their meeting takes place at a place called the wheat field, which represents a covenant with God. God has promised to grow a storehouse of supply through their ministry. This supply includes an abundance of people, money, and anything they desire. They believe that God will fulfill this promise by His breath, just as He grew an army from dry bones. The speaker emphasizes that their role is to faithfully bring God's word and obey His commands, leaving the rest up to God. They mention that the anointing and grace to do this work is increasing, making the journey easier and enjoyable. The speaker then leads a prayer and announces that the topic of their discourse is the soul. They read two Bible passages, one from Psalms and one from 3rd John, which highlight the importance of a healthy soul. The speaker defines the soul as the mind, emotions, Praise the Lord! Hallelujah! Praise God! Beautiful people of God! Praise God! Another warm welcome to our meeting this evening. Another Sunday that God has given us the grace to live, and to meet and look into His life-giving Word. We are ever grateful for life. We should never ever be so familiar with God and God's graces upon our lives as to not be thankful for every day that He gives us grace to live. So I thank God for myself, for my life. I thank God for every member of our listening community. Thank you for being a part of what God is doing here at the wheat field. This is still the wheat field. It's a place of covenant where God has covenanted with us that as we faithfully, Sunday after Sunday, as we faithfully bring His Word, He will breathe on His Word. He will breathe on us. And God's covenant with us here at the wheat field is that He would by His breath create a storehouse of supply from remnant. So by His breath, God has promised to use the foolish things of this world to confound the wise as we faithfully and obediently do as God has commanded us, as best as we know how. God's promise to us and to anyone who connects with God's vision for this ministry, God has promised to grow by a miracle, storehouses of supply from remnant. What that means in reality is that God will miraculously, in a way that no one can understand, God will grow this ministry by a great harvest. And so that when people look and see what God is doing, they will be unable to connect the end result with the beginning. So God has promised in His infinite mercy and by His grace to create a harvest out of this ministry. Now that harvest will be a harvest of people, a harvest of souls, a harvest of abundance of money, a harvest of anything that we desire that is in small measure. God has promised that by His breath, by a miracle, the same way He rose, He grew an army, a mighty army from a valley of dry bones. From dry bones, God was able to raise and grow a mighty army. By His breath, the breath of life. And that's God's promise. How He's going to do, we don't know. And that is actually not something that we are going to stay up worrying about because our only assignment is to do the best we can to follow what God has asked us to do. And so that's why we are here every Sunday evening. We are bringing the word. And like I keep saying every time we come for these meetings, I say that every week is a different week. And the anointing for ease, the grace to do this is increasing. And we are grateful to God. The anointing is increasing. And the result of the anointing increasing is that we also are enjoying the journey. Like I have said before, God is a father. God wants us to also have a good time in His word. God also wants us as we do the best we can to prayerfully obey His commands. God is desirous of us enjoying the journey because God doesn't want us to be bogged down by the assignment so that it's a labor for us. Even though it's a labor of love, but God wants us to enjoy what we are doing, to grow by what we are doing, so that even as the word comes out by our mouth to the people of God, God wants us also to be partakers of the blessing. And it's been easier. By easier, I mean that anyone who loves God and anyone who is called by God, you're going to know that when God first calls you, firstly, you're going to not want to go so quickly because you understand that it is a serious assignment. You understand that when God calls you, God calls you into a serious assignment. He expects you to take the assignment seriously. And so usually when God calls you, if it is God who calls you, very, very often you're not going to be very quick to answer because you know it is a serious responsibility. Now, when you answer, if you're a serious Christian and if you love the Lord, you're going to know that this assignment requires a heavy lifting. The word of God is heavy. You've got to lift it with care and lift it with caution so that you're doing the right thing and you're not teaching heresy. And so you're going to be very diligent. You're going to be, you know, you're going to be sometimes anxious to make sure that what you're doing, you're doing it correctly. And along the way, God brings grace. God increases grace. God will tell you what to do. God will tell you how to do it because really when you answer the call of God to bring his word to his people, your answer is you're saying yes to be a vessel because it's not your word, it's not your people, it's not your soul. There is nothing in this that belongs to you anyhow. All you are doing is being available for God by his spirit to speak his words through you. And so once you come to that realization that all God is asking you to do is to say yes and to be available as a vessel, as a voice for him, you then come to the place where you realize that your yes, what your yes means is a yieldedness. What you did when you said yes was to say, yes, Lord, I will yield my self to you, my senses, my voice, my mind, my ears. I will yield to you to be used of you to speak what you would have me speak, what you would have me hear and the rest of it. So once you get to that point and you get to the end of yourself and you get over yourself and you realize that all you are doing is being available to God as a vessel, then you can rest in Christ and allow God to speak through you. All you need to do is listen, be attentive and let God speak. So again, this is another Sunday evening where we are yielded to the Holy Spirit of God to say what he would want to say, how he would want to say it and we also are on standby to hear from the Lord. Let's pray. Holy Spirit of God, we thank you for your presence. Heavenly Father, we exalt you, we worship you, we appreciate you. We are mindful of your gift, your gift of life. We are mindful of your gift, the gift of your word. We are mindful of your grace and we thank you. We invite you now, Holy Spirit come. As a mighty Russian wind come, speak to us as a man speaks to a friend. Heavenly Father, our ears are open to hear you. Our hearts are open to receive you. Speak, Lord, for thy servants hear. In Jesus' name, amen. Hallelujah. So this evening we are going to talk about the soul. We are going to talk about the soul. We are checking in with our soul this evening. And I have titled our conversation this evening, Soul Check-In. Soul Check-In. From time to time, as believers, even as human beings generally, we must always take the time to do a soul check-in. Because of the vicissitudes of life, sometimes life can be so, so hectic. Life can be so, hectic is a good word, but there is a better word. I can't find it right now in my mind. But we must, from time to time, do a soul check-in. To make sure that our souls are healthy. To make sure that we are not running on empty. We must do a soul check-in from time to time. And so for our discourse this evening, I have two passages of scripture. One is from the book of Psalms, and one from the book of 3rd John. So my first, our first text for this evening is from Psalms 143, from verses 1 to 6. Psalm 143, verses 1 to 6. I read, Hear my prayer. This is a Psalm of David. Hear my prayer, O God. Give ear to my supplications. In thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness. And enter not into judgment with thy servant. For in thy sight shall no man living be justified. Verse 3. For the enemy hath persecuted my soul. He hath smitten my life to the ground. He hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead. Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed with me. Therefore, verse 4. Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me. My heart within me is desolate. Verse 5. I remember the days of old. I meditate on all thy works. I muse on the work of thy hands. Verse 6, final verse. I stretch forth my hands to thee. My soul thirsteth after thee as a thirsty land. Hallelujah. Praise God. Now, our second text is from the book of 2 John, verse 2. The book of 2 John is only one chapter. We are in verse 2. And the Bible says, Be loved. I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospers. Hallelujah. So, you know, these passages of scripture, they are so direct. And that's why I love the Bible. Sometimes the Bible can be, it can be sometimes not very easy to understand. But there are some passages of scripture that are so direct, they don't even need interpretation. They are so straightforward. And that's what we're dealing with tonight. Our passages of scripture tell us exactly what the situation is regarding the soul of man. But before we go into dissecting the word, before we go into breaking down God's word tonight, let's examine what the soul means. What is the soul? The soul of man. What does it mean? Now, in my research, I found while I was getting ready for this meeting, I did some research and I found some definitions. One definition that I really liked and I thought would be simple enough and apt enough is the definition that simply says that our souls, the soul of man, can be defined simply as our mind, our emotions, and our will. So that's three in one right there. The soul can be defined as our mind, our emotions, and our will. The soul is the seat where our minds, our emotions, and our will, where they reside. So your thoughts, your thought life, your emotions, your feelings, and your actions, your actions, they come from the soul place, the place of the soul. That's where all of that comes from. And so basically, the soul is that component, the component of a human being that makes us humans, as opposed to animals. Animals have no soul. Other created beings have no soul. The human being, the man, is the only creation of God that has a soul. And that is the part of us as human beings that reflects God. Because you know, God said, let us make man in our image and in our likeness. And the difference between the human being as a creation of God is the soul component of the man. And so the soul is the intersection of our human form, our physical form as human beings, and the infinite life-giving, life-producing force of the spirit of God. This is what makes up the soul of a man. The soul of a man, the only difference, what makes a man different is because God has placed in the soul of a man his spirit, which brings life, which brings the life of God. Which brings the life of God. I remember when I lost a loved one. Very suddenly she died. She had gone out to have a physical examination. She wasn't even, like, sick with a life-threatening illness, so, you know, we had no idea that anything like that would happen. She had gone to have this x-ray. And she died while doing this x-ray. The shock of her death, I think, this was two years ago, but quite frankly I think that I am still grieving at such a deep, deep level that it's taking a long time to get all the way down to the hurt. The grief is so deep down that I think, really, that it's taking time to travel all the way down to the seat of that grief and unravel it. But what I'm trying to say now is that seeing her corpse at the mortuary reminds me, reminded me and continues to remind me, of the difference between a living body, a living man, a human being who is alive with a soul and the spirit of God and a dead one. The difference is the breath of God. The difference is the breath of God that makes man, man, that makes a human being, a human being. When someone falls silent in death, they are still the same. They are just a body. The only thing that makes a human being a living soul is the breath that gives them speech, the breath that gives them life, and that breath is the spirit of God. God breathed his spirit into man and as long as man is alive, they exemplify God just because they are drawing the breath of God. And we are learning now that the soul of man is where God has reposited his breath because the soul is made of the human form, that is our being, our flesh. The soul is made of our physical form and the breath of God. So a human being who is dead is devoid of the breath of God. What that means is that the breath of God is what gives life to man. The breath of God is what makes man, man. Once a man is dead, once the spirit of God, the breath of God leaves a man, that's the end. Now what does the spirit of God do in a man? The spirit of God in the man gives the man a mind. The spirit of God in the man gives the man emotions and that's why animals and human beings are different. The spirit of God in a man gives a man will, his will, the will to make decisions, to know right from wrong, to choose to do and to choose not to do, to be able to have discernment, to know judgment, to have a behavior, to have the ability to regulate his behavior. It is the breath of God, the spirit of God that gives man this component and that component is in the soul of a man. And so you see how vital the seat of the soul is to the man because without that soul the man is dead. That component is also vital to God because it is that component that makes the man able to glorify God. The component is also very important to the enemy because the enemy makes the soul of a man his target. If the enemy can appropriate and corrupt the soul of the man, the soul of the man then becomes unable to function in the original purpose of God which is to bring glory to the one who gave him breath. So the soul of a man is a very important component of humanity. And so it goes without saying that the health of the soul is paramount in order for the soul to function accurately and to express God accurately. The condition of the human soul must be in good health, must be in good health in order for the human, for the man to function optimally. That's why the Bible says in our script, our text, 3rd John 2, Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health as thy soul prospers. The prosperity of your life, your soul, your economy, your relationships is directly dependent on the prosperity of your soul. If your soul is not in good health, you cannot prosper in any way. Why? Because the vehicle, the equipment, the strategy, technology that God has created and put in place for you to be prosperous, for you to navigate your life yourself to prosperity resides in the soul. If your soul is unhealthy, you cannot have vision. You cannot have vision. If you cannot have vision, you cannot have knowledge. If you cannot have knowledge, you perish, you are finished, you are destroyed. The Bible says my people perish for lack of knowledge. Without vision, you cannot have knowledge. Without knowledge, you must see to be able to come to a place of knowledge. And if your soul is unhealthy, your vision is broken, you can't see, therefore you will not know, therefore you will have no understanding of anything and you cannot prosper. This is why God is saying, above all things, my prayer for you, my desire for you, my wish for you is that your soul be in prosperity so that your health can prosper, so that your economy can prosper, so that your relationships can prosper. Why? Because the foundation of prosperity, the prosperity of the human being is his soul. Which also means that the enemy who only exists to kill, to steal, to destroy, the enemy's soul focus also is the soul of the man, to hijack that soul so that the soul cannot prosper. Once the soul doesn't prosper, then his health doesn't prosper, his economy doesn't prosper, his family, relationships, business, nothing prospers and the result of that is he cannot glorify God. Which is the ultimate aim of the enemy. The enemy wants to steal God's glory. Anything that brings glory to God is the target of the enemy. So the soul of man is the target of the enemy. And once they do this, once they paralyze the soul, the enemy then can convert that soul, corrupt that soul, and once that soul is destroyed, the soul then begins to be at the command of the enemy. Because at that point the soul is no longer, unless delivered, the soul is no longer functioning in its ordained assignment and already the soul is out of purpose. The soul is out of purpose. So God's greatest desire for us as human beings is that we prosper, we be in health even as our souls prosper. But you see, every now and then, life will happen to us, every now and then, usually as a believer, if you are in the right place spiritually, you will be automatically under the umbrella of 3rd John 2. You will prosper. Your soul will prosper. Your mind, your health, because you are under a covering. The name of the Lord is a strong tower. The righteous run into His name and they are made safe. And so if you are in the right place spiritually, you are safe because you are under cover, you are covered by God. But we are not always in the right place. From time to time life will happen. And when life happens to us, that's when we see Psalm 143 verses 1 to 6 becoming a reality. Our soul gets distressed. Life, the enemy, will target the soul of the believer, will target the soul of man and sometimes he will have his way. But how does this happen? Let's examine our text, because our text is very explicit. Our text in Psalm 143, from verse 3, the Bible says, For the enemy has persecuted my soul. So once the enemy makes you a target, when the enemy becomes aggravated by your light, by your glory, by the prosperity of your soul, the enemy makes you a target. The enemy persecutes you. The enemy uses everything and anything that they can find to persecute you. Sometimes they use your family. Sometimes they use even you, your own self, to work against, to sabotage yourself. The enemy wages a war against your soul. Why? To smite your life down to the ground. Verse 3 says, For the enemy has persecuted my soul. He has smitten my life down to the ground. The enemy persecutes you so that they can strike your life down to the ground, paralyze you. Once they paralyze you, they start first from your prayer life, because a praying Christian is a strong Christian. If you are prayerful and you abide in the place of prayer constantly, it's difficult for the enemy to succeed. The enemy is always persecuting, but if you are undercover in the place of prayer, the vices of the enemy don't prosper concerning your life. But once you begin to notice that your prayer fire, your prayer flame is going down, you are praying less, you are sleeping more, you are doing things that are out of line with a praying, fired up Christian, the enemy is persecuting you. And the enemy has been persecuting you for a while, the result now is that your prayer altar, the fire on your prayer altar is going down as a result of the persecution. Now let me tell you the next thing that's going to happen. If you are not mindful, if you are not aware, if you are not spiritually in touch, the next thing that will happen once you stop praying as you are used to, as you should, the enemy is going to smite your life down to the ground. And it's going to start gradually. And if you are not spiritually sensitive, you won't even realize what's going on. Stage 1, the enemy has made you a target. They are persecuting you. If that succeeds, it's going to show up in your prayer life, your prayer altar, the fire is going to go down. Once you let that happen, if you don't pick up on what's happening in the realm of the spirit, little by little, if you are a business woman, you are going to find that your business accounts are dwindling. There's chaos in the house. Your relationships are going south. The enemy is trying to smite your life down to the ground. If you don't pick up at that point, my brother, my sister, the next thing is you are going to move into the realm of darkness. Because you see, when the enemy persecutes you and shows up in your prayer life, if it's a really strong attack, the less you pray, the less you are going to pray. And the less you pray, the less powerful you are going to become. And the more effective the onslaught of the enemy will be. From smiting your life down to the ground, you are going to enter the realm of darkness. You may actually get to the point where you don't even pray anymore at all. And once you stop praying at all, your vision is going to cease. You will now begin to wallow in darkness. And in that place of darkness, the enemy, who is the prince of darkness, is going to begin to bring you suggestions that line up with darkness. And are not consistent with the purposes of God. The enemy will begin to suggest to you solutions, ways of life that are not in line with God's purposes for your life. Remember, the sole purpose of this persecution is to steal God's glory. Because we are made in God's image and in His likeness. We are made to glorify God. And when we are functioning effectively as we should, as God ordained for us to do. We are living the life that God designed for us the way He designed it. We bring glory to God. And the enemy is ashamed. But if we fall out of line, which is the enemy's sole agenda, why the persecution starts in the first place. We rob God of His glory. The enemy robs God of His glory through you. And once darkness ensues, you are in real trouble. You are in real trouble. Why? Because you are a flame of light. You are a flame of light. God is light. God hides Himself in light. He dwells in unappreciable light. God is light. And so once your soul, like we are reading now in our text, Psalm 147, verse 3. The Bible says, He hath made me to dwell in darkness as those that have been long dead. It's the dead who live in darkness. The dead in the grave. As a living soul, you are light. But when the enemy has his way with you, once he's done, you are going to end up in darkness. And in darkness, you cannot see your way out. In darkness, you will not be able to see your way out. It's only a healthy soul that can receive light. Remember the soul. The soul of man is composed of the breast, the life-giving spirit of God. But if the enemy has your soul in darkness, you are going to be far from the light of God. Because the light of God is His Word. Once the enemy gets a hold of you, you are going to stop praying. You are going to stop doing those things that you are supposed to do, which includes reading the Word. Because that darkness is designed by the enemy to kill the life of God in you. And to ultimately take you out. In darkness, you can never see your way out. And the enemy knows that God is light. So the deeper you go in darkness, the deeper you are moving away from the light of God. And the enemy's soul agenda is to kill that light of God in you. And ultimately kill you. Destroy you. The devil, the enemy comes only to steal, to kill and to destroy. That's all he has come to do. And so, once you get in this place, this dangerous place. You are now in the realm of our next verse, which is Psalm 143, verse 4. The Bible says, Therefore is my soul overwhelmed within me. My heart within me is desolate. Once you get into this realm of darkness, you are overwhelmed. You are overwhelmed. Now at this point, once you are overwhelmed, you don't even know what to do now. You don't know how to seek help. You are sinking deeper and deeper in darkness. Your soul is overwhelmed. Overwhelmed with darkness. Overwhelmed with distress. The enemy really has you bound at this point. Your heart within you is desolate. Meaning your heart is dry. Your heart is empty. Your heart is... When something is desolate, can you imagine like a haunted house? You know, like a ghost house. If you look at those movies, you see all, you know, houses haunted. Nobody's lived in them for years. No one even wants to go there. That's how the soul of a person that has been bound by the enemy, your soul is desolate. Your soul is haunted. And you are now, effectively, you are stuck. You are stuck. Unless something by a miracle happens, this is the end. Once your soul is overwhelmed, and your heart is desolate, totally, absolutely, you begin to dry up spiritually. You lose all focus. You begin to move in the opposite direction of your original life in Christ. That's how when sometimes you see pastors, people who were on fire for God, you see them and they don't look anything like who you knew them to be. They are overwhelmed. Their souls are now dry. When you look, sometimes you look at them and you... Some hide. When some people see you, they remember who they used to be. But some are so far gone that they don't even care, you know, because now they live a totally different life. They have fallen out of alignment with God. And if care isn't taken, they will die, spiritually. And maybe even physically, because that's the ultimate goal of the enemy. The reason why they will die spiritually, and maybe even physically, is because the less prayerful you are, the less powerful you are. And the less powerful you are, the less you are able to resist the onslaught of the enemy. If you stop praying, you lose power. When you lose power, you cannot defend yourself from the attack of the enemy. And so, someone who is in a situation like that is going to die spiritually, and also eventually die physically powerless. But how can the believer protect his soul? The best thing, usually, is don't even try to find out what could happen if you let the enemy have access to you. Many people are blessed, they get delivered, but some people never get delivered. Some people leave this world in a fallen state, and they end up, they go to hell. So the wise thing to do is to protect your soul. Every single day, every single moment of your life is to ensure that you are protected, your soul is protected. To ensure that any access point in your life, any door in your life, that the enemy can use as a point of access to your soul, your assignment is to ensure that you are protected, is to ensure that you are guarded, is to ensure that you and your house, your family, the people for whom you stand in the gap, ensure that they are protected, they are always covered. It's better to prevent than to seek a cure. It's better, it's easier to live a life of constant prevention, constant protection, than to allow access and hope for a cure, hope for deliverance. So how can the believer protect his soul? Simple, God's word. If we see in verse 5, we look back into our text in verse 5 of Psalm 143, the Bible says, I remember the days of old, I meditate on all thy works, I muse on the works of thy hands, I stretch forth my hands unto thee, my soul thirsts after you as a thirsty land. So the solution is to always abide in his word. God's word is God himself, and the Bible says that the fountain of life is with God. The fountain of life is with God, the fountain of life is with you, in your light we see light. So the solution to this issue of a dried up soul is to abide in God's word, constantly meditating upon God's word. If you put God's word before you, you are putting God before you. So once you constantly meditate upon God's word, you are putting God himself front and center in your mind. And remember like we said, the mind is composed of, the soul is composed of our mind and our emotions. The soul is made up of our mind, our emotions and our will. And so if you are willingly, intentionally meditating constantly upon God's word, you are putting God front and center in your mind, which is a component of your soul. And so you keep your mind under constant shower. The fountain of life is with God, in his light we see light. If you are under his word, constantly abiding in his word, you are under the fountain of life. You are under the fountain of life, you have access to his light. And so you will never be dry, because the word of God is constantly showering you with the fountain of life. Showers of life, showers of blessing, because you are in his word, you are abiding in his word. And God is his word, God and his word are the same. The fountain of life is with God, if you abide in his word, you abide in the fountain of life. You will never be thirsty, you will never be weary, you will always be in light. Because you are in the fountain of life, you will always flourish. Your soul will be in health, you will prosper in all that you do, because you are planted now by the rivers of water, you will bring forth fruit in due season. In your season, everything that you are supposed to do in its season gets done and flourishes and is successful. And you will always have light for the way, you will never walk in darkness, because you are dwelling in his word, and in his word, his word is light that is a lamp unto our feet. So every machination of the enemy to persecute you, to strike down your life, to bring you into darkness, to take you out, they will never prosper if you abide in the word. So the word of God is a direct antidote for dryness of soul, is a direct antidote for persecution of the enemy. If you abide in Christ, abide in his word, abide in that fountain of life, abide in his light, you will be healthy in your soul, which will reflect in your daily life, your daily life will reflect in every single thing that you do. So that tells me that I have only one assignment, one. As a believer, you and I, we have only one assignment, which is to meditate on his word. It may seem simplistic, but that's all we need to do, because the word of God is already empowered to keep us flourishing, empowered to give us light for the way, empowered to illuminate our eyes, our minds, because if you are in the word, the word of God is alive and powerful. If you are in the word, when the enemy comes against you, the word of God raises a standard against him like a flood. The word of God keeps you always ahead of the enemy. Why the enemy? Because remember the word of God is light. In his light we see light. When we are in his light, which is his word, we see light. And what does the light do? The light illuminates our mind so that we come into knowledge of the plans of the enemy. For example, you are a married woman and there is this man in your office who just wants to be a platonic friend. Maybe he wants to be a platonic friend, maybe he has ulterior motives, we don't know. But if you are in the word, you will receive light. And what will happen for you is that God's light will shine on his intentions. And you will see by dreams, by visions, even by word of knowledge, he himself might begin to tell on himself. He won't realize what he is doing. He will begin to say things which he thinks you don't understand. Because, you know, the enemy and his children, they think they are very crafty and they usually are. As children of God, many of us, you know, we are protected, we are very sheltered. So many of us don't really know, our minds don't work like the minds of the kingdom, the children of darkness. So sometimes we are not as savvy as we should be. Many of us are naive because we are sheltered. But the Bible does say that we should be as wise as foxes. And the Bible also says that God disappoints the devices of the crafty so their hands don't perform their enterprise. So if you are in the word, you are under the shelter, the fountain of life, God begins to bring you advanced information. God begins to show you the intentions of the hearts of people. Because, remember now, the word of God is alive and powerful. And sharper than any two-edged sword, able to cut asunder the soul and the spirit, the bone and the marriage. He is a de-seller of the words, the intents and the thoughts of the heart. So the word of God knows the intents and the thoughts of the hearts of men. Nothing is hid before God's word. So God's word begins to reveal to you the hearts of men. So God's word will reveal to you the hearts of this man in your office who is really trying to be an agent of darkness. Really, that's what he is in the realm of the spirit. When you look at the accounts of what's going on spiritually, he is an agent of darkness to persecute you. The assignment is to persecute you. The assignment is to strike your life down to the ground. The assignment is to bring you into darkness, to overwhelm your mind and break your focus. So that you can no longer serve the purpose of glorifying God. But if you abide in the word of God, you abide in the fountain of life, you abide in his light, in his light you see life. God begins to reveal the hidden intention behind this man coming to you. And you can then have the discernment to know judgment. To know that this man in reality, even though he looks good on the outside, even though he speaks good, even though he says all the right things, he is really an agent, an assignment from the pit of hell to bring you down. And so what do you do? You remove yourself. You make yourself unavailable to this man and to whatever plans he has. And in time, he will check himself. Because no one can force you to do what you don't want to do. And no one, unless they're crazy, no one is going to keep coming after you once you have registered your disinterest. Okay? Praise the Lord. Hallelujah. Once again, it's been a wonderful evening. Holy Spirit has done what he always does, has come to speak to us and we are grateful. So we're going to close this meeting by thanking God and just being totally grateful to God because we see God's hand every Sunday evening. And so Father, we thank you, we honor you, we appreciate you for showing up for us. We thank you for your presence on our meeting this evening. We reverence you and we are appreciative. We thank you, we pray, oh Lord, that your word which we have heard tonight will take root in our hearts and grow that we shall be transformed by your word. We shall not only be hearers of your word but we shall be doers also. The grace to honor you, the grace to live a life that glorifies you, the grace to resist the enemy. Give to us, Lord. We pray that you will hide us in your word. You will hide us in your light. You will hide us in the fountain of life, in the fountain of living waters and you will give health to our souls. In Jesus' mighty name, amen. Thank you, brothers and sisters. Until next Sunday, stay blessed.
