Yoga is all about maintaining harmony with nature, society, and oneself. To achieve this, one must do daily yoga exercises for the body and soul. Introspection and living ethically help in harmonizing the mind and society. Meditation allows us to connect with the divine. The Vedatriyam approach includes physical exercise, longevity exercises, introspection, and different levels of meditation. This balanced harmony among body, soul, mind, self, society, and nature is known as a yogi life. Yoga means unison. Yoga means maintaining a harmonious life with nature, society and self. If I take self, my body is made up of body, soul and mind and this makes an individual. So in order to have a harmony between your body and soul, you need to do physical exercises daily. Here I mean yoga exercises daily. Your soul, your mind and to be in harmony with the society, there is something called introspection and living on ethics. If you introspect on your mind and thoughts and you live on ethics, we can have a harmony between your soul, your mind and your society. And finally to live in harmony with you and nature, we need to do meditation. With meditation, one can merge with the almighty, the divine through meditation. In Vedatriyam, we have three segments. First is physical exercise, a simplified physical exercise that is designed for people who are from age 8 to 80 years and to improve your longevity, a special exercise called is given and to live on ethics, there is a category called introspection where you introspect on your thoughts and find a solution for most of the problems you face in your relationship and with the society. And the third is meditation. There are different levels of meditation where you can merge with the almighty. Maintaining harmony among these body, soul, mind, self and society, self and nature is called a yogi life.
