SDG4

Technology-enabled teaching and learning is important in achieving sustainable development goals, specifically SDG number 4 which focuses on ensuring quality education and lifelong learning for all by 2030. However, many countries, including India, are struggling to meet this deadline, which means the goal may need to be revised. So, when we talk about technology enabled teaching learning, it is prudent to mention sustainable development goals, there are 17 such goals and SDG number 4 says that one has to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. This is to be done by 2030, but then many countries have expressed inability to meet this deadline, India is also included in this particular group. So, basically it means moving the goal post.
