Mr. Peterson's speech has had a profound impact on many people's lives. One person shares how they were depressed and addicted to drugs, but after listening to Mr. Peterson's advice, they started cleaning up their room, telling the truth, and working on themselves, leading to positive changes. It's sad that many men have never had encouraging words like this before. Mr. Peterson also emphasizes the importance of not sitting for more than four hours as it can have detrimental effects on the spine. He suggests getting up, stretching, and doing breathing exercises every hour. The speech was given at a TED talk with a large audience, and many young men stayed afterwards to express their gratitude for Mr. Peterson's help. REVIEW FOR MR. PETERSON'S SPEECH FROM MR. SOMEBODY ELSE ENTIRELY! And they say, look, I've been listening to what you've been saying. And for six months, it's changed my life. It's like I was depressed. I was addicted to drugs. My relationships weren't working out. I was hopeless. I didn't have any goal. I started cleaning up my room. And telling the truth. And working on myself, and it's really working. And I just want to thank you for helping me. And I thank God it's so sad that so many of these men, they've not had an encouraging bloody word, a real encouraging word in their entire life. It just takes a little bit of encouragement and caring so that they're willing to set themselves straight to some degree and start trying. It's just a catastrophe. That's so rare in their lives. Watch again. Yes. This talk I gave, and about 1,000 people came. And about 500 of them stayed afterwards. Half of the ballroom stayed. And most of them were young men. And just one of them after the other, he comes up to me and they shake my hand and they say, look, I've been listening to what you've been saying. For six months, and it's really, it actually has completely changed my life. It's like I was depressed. I was addicted to drugs. My relationships weren't working out. I was hopeless and I didn't have any goal. I started cleaning up the room and telling the truth and working hard on myself. And it's really working. And I just want to thank you so much for helping me. If you sit for more than four hours, four terrible things are going to happen to your spine. Number one, the discs between your spine are going to get thinner. The water number two, the water inside the disc is going to come out of the disc. It's going to make the disc weaker, which is number three. And number four, it makes the muscles weaker, including the glutes. Glutes are very important for your spine. Review for Mr. Peterson!
