This recording is meant to help you relax and fill yourself with qualities you may need in your life. You should close your eyes, take deep breaths, and let your body relax. Imagine yourself going down a beautiful staircase and entering a bubble of safety and calmness. Then, imagine walking through a garden filled with colorful flowers. Each flower represents different qualities you may need, such as passion, trust, love, joy, and creativity. Take as many flowers as you need and place them in a circle around you. Let the colors and qualities of the flowers fill your body and release any negative emotions. When you leave the garden, you will feel confident and proud. Imagine your future, filled with these new qualities. Take five deep breaths and either wake up with energy or drift off to sleep, knowing you will feel amazing in the morning. This is a recording for relaxation and imbuing yourself with all the qualities you feel you may need more of to move forward in your life. This is a suitable recording for drifting off to sleep. Get into a comfortable position and now I want you to begin by closing your eyes. Allowing your eyes now to gently rest. Take a nice, long, slow, deep breath into your mouth and hold that breath with a mental count of three and then exhale it slowly out of the mouth and relax your body. Become aware of the surface beneath you now and feel your feet becoming heavy, heavy, comfortable and so relaxed and let go. Allow your hands to rest and let them feel heavy, let them relax and let go. Take another long, slow, deep breath. Hold it for three and breathe out. Calmness and relaxation is beginning to flow down your body now from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes. Every nerve, every cell, every fibre, every consciousness of your body is relaxing nicely now, relaxing, letting go of tension, letting go, let go and take just one more long, slow, deep breath. Hold it for three, let go. That's good. Notice how heavy your hands are becoming now, so heavy, so comfortable and so relaxed. Let go and as you notice that heaviness there in your hands, feel it spreading all the way over your body and let your eyes feel heavy as well, heavy and comfortable and so relaxed. Let go of those muscles around your eyes where it takes no effort whatsoever to allow them to remain comfortably closed. Imagine little weights pulling down on your lashes, allowing your eyes to remain closed so that you can look up onto the screen of your mind and imagine the word relax, relax, relax or you can imagine that you can see a shape or a colour or a sign that can symbolise the word relax and take that symbol of relaxation back and back and back until it relaxes both the left and the right lobes of the brain and allow that relaxing feeling to flow all the way through your body and let go. Go deep inside yourself now, imagine a beautiful stairway of coloured light, green as an emerald, blue as a sapphire, red as a ruby, sparkling and shimmering down the stairs inviting you down, down to a wonderful place deep within yourself as you go down and down, deeper and deeper, relaxed and let go. Feel yourself descending the stairs, here and there it is dark, now the place is a colour or flash through your mind, become a bystander as you go down, see yourself going deeper down, you know that your mind is still here, you're listening to and hearing whatever is said, very soon as you go deeper you'll achieve a peaceful state of relaxation, letting go of distractions or any noise, any sound, any movement you hear or sense, takes you deeper and deeper within yourself, so let go now and as you go down the stairs deeper and deeper within yourself, you'll find yourself entering a bubble and the moonlight is filtering in through an open window, reflecting the most wonderful colours of the rainbow upon your bubble and you feel safe and protected, calm and relaxed, at peace with the world. This bubble is all around you, so that whatever I say you'll hear and your super conscious mind is open and receptive to the ideas and words it receives. I'd like you to imagine now as you're walking down a path towards a hedge, an old rusty gate, it's a beautiful warm morning, there's a gentle breeze with just a touch of mist, drifting along the edges of a forest in the distance, you sense that this is a very magical place and as you approach the rusty gate you feel very curious to see what is behind, as you step through you're surprised to see a garden full of beautiful flowers, so many different colours, pink, blue, green, reds, more than you have ever seen. You notice that next to you on your left is a basket with a note tucked inside, you open it, this basket is a gift to you, a gift to you because you are a very special person, each flower in this garden represents different qualities, different experiences that you may feel you are missing or need more of in your life. Please take this basket and fill it with all the flowers you need, there is always an abundance in this garden, it is forever growing, find your future self. The red flowers hold within them passion, strength, bravery and courage, the red flowers help you to stand within your own power with an increase in energy and vitality. If you feel you need some of these qualities in your life, pick as many red flowers as you need and put them into your basket. The blue flowers help you to speak your truth, they bring calm and contentment into your life, helping you to trust yourself and others. These magical blue flowers help you transform yourself into who you wish to be and even bring new ideas and wisdom to the surface. Pick some of these beautiful flowers if you are drawn to them. You notice even just gazing at the colour helps you to be more in touch with the intuitive part of you. In amongst the blues and reds is a soft pink, held within these pink flowers is unconditional love. Held within these pink flowers is unconditional love, romance and softness. These flowers remind you to nurture and love yourself, to allow romance and joy into your life. Pick as many as you feel you need. As you have picked all the pink you need, yellow flowers catch your eye. Within the yellow brings playfulness, joy, happiness and confidence. You instantly feel drawn to these flowers and you start to pick them. You sense the energy and harmony that goes with these flowers and your sense of identity and power grows instantly. You look at your basket of flowers and you know today your life is changing, it has already changed, you feel it deep within you. Take a deep breath, feeling excited and scan the beautiful garden for the next colour. Orange shines brightly through, catching your eye. The orange bringing optimism, usefulness and abundance. Looking at these flowers makes you instantly feel fresh and adventurous, really looking forward to your future. Pick one and then another, feel the happiness filling your body. Begin to feel sharper and creativity filling every part of you. Your basket is now almost overflowing and you walk towards the end of your journey. You look out of the garden, spotting a single purple flower, the colour of imagination. Instead of picking the stunning purple flower, you choose just to gaze at its beauty. Breathe in the energy of the purple, feeling in the flow, knowing you are in the right place. At the edge of the garden is a big tree with soft grass and a piece of shade. Find a comfortable place to sit and place the flowers one by one onto the grass, creating a circle which you lie within. Closing your eyes, feeling the warmth of the sun, you feel grateful for this moment. While you relax, colours drift up out of the flowers, circling above you. A beautiful mix of those blues, oranges, pinks, yellows, reds, all intertwining, a twinkling colourful light. With each breath, the light enters within you, filling every cell in your body with that beautiful energy, filling you with all the beautiful qualities and feelings. As the colours flow through you, any emotions, events that have been holding you back, release and dray out of your body through your hands and feet. I'm going to give you a few moments now to enjoy this feeling. Breathe in the wonderful light, feel the gentle release happening within. Sitting up now in the garden, breathing in, feeling wonderfully refreshed and lighter, the flowers around you have disappeared and you feel all those colours and all those qualities deep within you. As you walk out of the garden, you feel instantly different, confident with a sense of pride and self-worth. Your shoulders are back, walking tall and strong, knowing you are truly enough. Drift out of the scene now, rising up above, higher and higher, drifting into your future. Drift past today, maybe one or two months from now, and see what is different now that you are filled with all these new, beautiful feelings and qualities. Feel how it feels to be there, notice the differences within you, and bring those wonderful feelings back into the room, onto the chair or bed, and bring those wonderful feelings back into the room, onto the chair or bed, starting to bring awareness into your body. Take five deep breaths, and on the fifth breath, either open your eyes full of energy to continue your day, or drift off now to a beautiful sleep, knowing that in the morning, you will feel absolutely amazing.
